Best Range Repair in Columbus OH
Great Customer service from the time the answered the phone until completion. They gave me a call ahead when they were getting close. They had very reasonable prices. I had a faucet installed in my kitchen today 4/13/19 The technician Aaron, was very polite and knowledgeable. They offer a free plumbing analysis, which the technician looked over all exposed plumbing and pointed out a couple of areas of concern; nothing major. He cleaned up after his task was complete. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber

I can't say enough good things about the tech, Chris George, that came to do some plumbing at our house. There ended up being a problem and he came back and made it right. Great guy!

John and Chris were able to eliminate my drain problem in a short amount of time, I had one of the other local companies here first, but they wanted 3x the money to fix the same issue! I'll definitely be using John and the team at Plumbing and Drain Professionals from now on! Thank you for taking care of my plumbing!

These guys came out under my AHS warranty and did an excellent job. I specifically requested this company after reading the reviews of the original company (The Water Solution,Inc) assigned to my AHS claim. It's not enough to have a home warranty these days but since I am a single female I have to do my due diligence to ensure that I receive that best service and do not get taken advantage of.

We had someone come out to help us with a running toilet, and after a few hours he was able to fix the problem. Super nice guy, and made sure not to leave until it was solved. Will use again in the future!

We experienced a major plumbing problem in early March where our toilets backed up and were rendered useless. We had Mr. Rooter come out to assess the problem and hired them to resolve them issue. To make a long story short our cast iron sewer pipes had bottomed out and had to be replaced with PVC from inside the home to the street. This required a complete breakout from our stack on one side of the basement to the other, then under the footer to the main sewer line at the street. They gentlemen who performed breakout and clean up in the basement did an exemplary job. In fact, he came back on his day off to help us re-lay the carpet that had to be pulled back to perform the work.
The issue we have now is what has developed from the condition the dig crew left our front yard. I was told by the Project Manager they would leave the front yard at a level grade that we could cultivate and re-seed ourselves. We were in agreement with this and would take care of everything from that point forward. However, that's not what occurred. The dig crew had re-seeded and laid down hay when they had completed their work. They told me I could start watering as you would when planting any new grass and the ground would start to resettle as from the dig as new grass grew. So, we started watering and after a few weeks no notable new grass had grown. We removed the hay to have a look only to discover the ground was an uneven mound of rock-hard clay with back hoe tread marks the entire length of the dig. Nothing but weeds could grow here so we tried to till the area however, the tiller bounced of the clay. Also, an 18-inch sink hole from settlement of the dig starting at the foundation of our home out 25 feet into the yard with 4-inch cracks on each side. This is getting worse each time it rains. We paid a premium dollar for Mr. Rooter to perform this work. Other than re-seeding the lawn, we had no expectation of any additional cost we would incur to right any of their work on the backend. However, as it turned out, they did not leave our front yard at level grade that we could cultivate and re-seed ourselves. As a result, we are left with the inconvenience and cost of hiring a landscaping crew to cultivate and fill in the area so we can re-plant new seed.

I called AB Plumbing when our hot water kept going out, and we needed to figure out what was going on with our water heater. I spoke wirh the service guy, who said it would be snywhere from $25-$75 to come out for the service call depending on what was wrong. The service guy came out the next day and unplugged it and hit reset, and said, OK that's $75. I understand the fee for a service, but not much was accomplished. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong unless he took it apart and just started replacing the things he thought COULD be wrong. Well, why else would I call a plumber if they weren't expected to FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG and try fixing it. Told me how the water heater is probably on its last leg and to call them to get a new (Rheem) water heater and to avoid Home Depot. Needless to say, we had hot water when he left.
A week later, we were out of hot water again and resetting didn't help so I asked around and got a few better referrals. Called another and more well respected company where within moments of telling the worker the brand, year and model of the heater he had a very good idea of the problem. He showed up with the suspected part needed and sure enough, it just needed a new flame igniter which should have been easily realized for an experienced and respected plumber.
Beware of AB Plumbing!!!!

Do not hire! Tim Fannon is a thief. Look at BBB sites on him.
I hired Riteway Plumbing, Tim, to do a residential plumbing job, he came, looked around, quoted me, and said he needed to come back to do any work, but that I needed to pay half up front for supplies. I paid him $700. Plus the service fee to come look of $85. He took the money and ran! When trying to get my money back, after work never being done HE suggested giving me a full refund. For 3 weeks he then lied saying he had mailed the check. Never did. Eventually he then said he did not have the money to send. For 3 Additional weeks I tried to get my refund. Now he has blocked my number, calls and text and will not respond. Stole $785 never did any work.
I had seen the other reviews online (which were not great but I hired him anyways) Now after being ripped off, and filing complaint against him I have seen Several Similar recent Criminal reports on him at BBB and Ohio Attorney General. I wish I had seen these beforehand. Warning anyone else: Do Not let him Steal your money too!
Lastly, obviously above is main reason to not hire him but in general he also was not professional or friendly. Initially when he came to my house he was just rude, acted like he was annoyed with me for even 'bothering' him and seemed angry about possibly having to even do work - I blew this off thinking not much of it but looking back should of been my red flag.
