A Smith & Vasser employee came out to my home. They're polite and efficient. I definitely recommend!

My tenant scheduled an appointment with them as I own the property and am 2000 miles away. I called the day of the inspection to ask some questions and see what they were going to do and how they would contact me with a report. Felt satisfied that they would do a good job and felt comfortable giving them my billing info (credit card number).

They showed up, inspected the attact, and then told my tenant they needed some more specialized equipment to find the leak. They never returned to the condo and never returned my phone call to see what happened. Now, I still have a leak somewhere and this company wasted both me and my tenant's time and is possibly allowing more water damage to my condo.

COMPLETELY unprofessional. Cannot understand how people run businessess these days treating customers like this. PLEASE, if you are the manager, contact me. I'll revise my review if you make good on what you promised. At present, NOT a company I would EVER recommend to anyone.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I first called them trying to get an estimate for work. I was no-called no-showed on several different times for appointments to get estimates. Once I finally did get someone to show up for an estimate, they verbally told me what needed done but I could never get a written estimate. I was rarely called by the company and every time I did call, no one knew what was going on. Out of my frustration with a lack of written estimate, I agreed verbally to have the work done. They no-called no-showed several more times when they were supposed to do the work. I requested to speak to the owner. No call back. This all happened in about a 3 week period. It's very apparent they have no care for their customers and they have no desire for business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Foust Plumbing & Heating in Plain City does service calls to London runs a proper business.
