Best Home Cleaning in Colorado Springs CO
I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation! If you want an honest company call them!!!

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water. John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves. The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.
He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

My sump pump went out right when we got the massive 3 day rain, go figure. I found Pat onYelp and he was able to get over to my house within an hour and get it replaced. Very friendly, cares about the job he does and most importantly a local Castle Rock small business.

I know why CJ's Plumbing came through for me so well when the water heater failed in my Airbnb in Colorado Springs and my guests were complaining about not having any hot water.
But first I'll tell you what they did.
Starting in the morning on a cold December 23, I called numerous other plumbers. None were interested in helping me out.
At about 4pm when it was already getting dark, I called CJ's Plumbing. Carrie, CJ's business manager, answered the phone and said, Yes, we can handle that. Let me contact my crew.
A half hour later one of CJ's master plumbers John Price was at the door saying, What can I do to help you? An hour later Carrie and her husband master plumber Joel Valdez arrived at my door with a brand new water heater. Three hours after that, when it was fully dark and the wind was blowing snow across my front yard, they'd finished installing the new water heater. My Airbnb guests were thrilled to be able to take showers and cook.
But the next day my new water heater was leaking out its pressure relief valve. So, I called Carrie. She said, I'm so sorry. I'll have someone there as soon as possible.
Despite having other customers to take care of, John Price showed up at my door to fix the problem. Soon Joel and his son Tyler arrived and, even though they had to work far into the night to figure out the problem, diagnosed a failed pressure reduction valve and went to the hardware store to buy a new one.
To replace the PRV they had to turn off the water to the entire house. Two of my three 60 year old shut off valves failed after Joel tried to turn them. Then Joel spent 30 minutes squirming his head and the whole upper half of his body into the small opening in the meter pit to reach the third valve.
And guess what? It was broken too!
Joel then called the Colorado Springs Utilities emergency crew who shut off the water to my house from the main. Even after getting the water turned off fixing the PRV was a complicated task due to my prehistoric plumbing setup.
But, as I watched Joel and his crew work, I suddenly realized why they're such a successful plumbing company.
Beyond being knowledgable and skilled, they're also willing to do whatever it takes to solve their clients' plumbing problems -- even when it's cold and dark and the problems are hard to solve.
Thanks, CJ's! You're a great company.

Gave this guy a chance to make it right. Charged a 100 dollar service fee to come out and diagnose the problem then tried to charge us an asinine price to fix it when a 1 foot section of quarter inch pipe burst in the garage . I got home while he was out here and had quoted my wife over 500 dollars to fix a simple 1 foot section of half inch pipe so i Called around while he was still here and found everyone else in the area was significantly cheaper. Decided to give the plumber another chance since he was out here and negotiated the price to match one his competitors to which he agreed. He then replaced the exposed pipe and did not check it before he left, which he told me was due to the cold. Currently the faucet does not work contacted the plumber to try to get him to fix his work and he wanted an additional service fee plus anywhere from 150 to 400 plus a service call fee of 99 to fix the issue which could have been identified , fixed and sorted on his first visit while he was out here if he had checked his work. Tried to work with the plumber to get this resolved the most he was willing to do was wave the service fee but still wanted to charge to fix an issue that should have been tested and fixed in the first place and we did not have the issue before the repair. Regardless call around his prices are sky high, I wish we would have never had him out here in the first place, but I wasnt home when the pipe burst, my wife was, and she was the one to call seems she got taken advantage of as most plumbers we called didnt charge a service call fee and were able to quote us a price range before they made the trip. Unfortunately my Wife and now I are learning an expensive lesson when it comes to hiring a contractors. This is the type of negative stories you always hear about. Hire a diffrent company and save yourself some time , trouble and money.
Also want to point out his website states the following You deserve full satisfaction with our products and services or we will redo the repair for FREE. Obviously this is false as we tried to work with this company before leaving this review.

Thank you, thank you! I'm in Vermont and my boyfriend found a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom. Water Heater Pros referred me to this company and they didn't disappoint. They were able to accommodate the time constraints of my boyfriend's work schedule and flying out of town the day after. They found the leak and were able to repair it in no time. After, the repairman called and told me what he found and did to fix it. The cost was very reasonable. Then he gave me referrals of others for the drying and drywall repairs needed after. A+, 5 stars, Yahoo!

Overall great experience. They were affordable and really excel at customer service. Nick replaced and relocated a chandelier in a very high vaulted ceiling, and did an excellent job. He also went above and beyond and fixed our storm door, which was awesome! Thanks so much guys!

Rick came out on short notice, in terrible weather, on a holiday weekend- and did exactly what we needed for exactly what was quoted. Quick, efficient, friendly- we will definitely save his card and number so we can call him again if needed.

Stuvantae responded to me very quickly when I reached out. He was also flexible with my changing schedule. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional, talking with me as he worked. I will not only recommend his services, I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Things did not start off well. I was given a 3 hour window (11:00 am to 2:00 pm). When no one had showed by 6:00 pm and no word on when anyone would, I had to cancel for that day. Once a plumber did arrive on another day, he was very informative and solved the problem quickly. I consider the $350 charge to be extremely high and I doubt I would call them again, but the technician did a good job.

Had Johnnys out to install a water heater several months ago. Did a fairly good job. Price was a little high. Called them again for HVAC replacement. They came out quickly and he told me it needed to be replaced. He was going to get me an estimate in the next few days. Four weeks later still no estimate and but sent me a ridiculous bill for a labor/service charge. The dumb jerk was here all of 3 minutes to tell me exactly what I already knew. The heater needs replaced.

All I can say is WOW!!! What a services, just as described. for a while now I was contemplating on replacing my HVAC system because it is very, very old. I was collecting quotes from about five different HVAC companies shopping for the best prices and services when I came across Smith Plumbing and Heating so, I gave them a change, just like the others to come and see what needed to be done to be accomplishes.
Mike came and and educated me on all aspect of his field of expertise, because as a home owner I wanted all do be done as per city code and for the safety of my family so, i feel very comfortable and well educated with him as a professional and honesty. i am a working bee so, I compare all quotes and Mikes was the best for what i was looking to do so, setup and appointment to get the installation of my new furnace (which by the way, the price was just as he quoted me $999). I also have them install a new water heater. he's crew came, treated me with respect and professionalism and completed the installation of the units. so far I am very impressed with the company services that I recommend this very highly, knowledgeable and professionals to anyone that has asked me how did the installation when and all other that are looking on doing the same.
My hat's off to Smith Plumbing and Heating for a job well done. keep up the good work.
