Best Faucet Installation in Colorado Springs CO

I called AZ Maintenance because I was having issues with my shower randomly turning on. Franklin answered right away and it was after hours. I explained my issue and he was beyond helpful and honestly and explained to me I could actually do it myself!! He even sent me a picture of the part I would need to buy. I was blown away by his honesty and how helpful he was. I technically did not hire this company but I absolutely would in a heartbeat!! It was a very stressful situation but he had me laughing by the end of the conversation!  If you want an honest company call them!!!

I've had John do two plumbing repairs in my condo (circa 1974) and installed water valves so I didn't have to trouble the HOA to turn off the water.  John did fantastic jobs with the repairs and, he and his team did an amazing job with the valves.  The condo complex has older plumbing and John never gets passed by that; I've given the company information to several other friends in our complex.  

He and his team are professional, prompt, and reasonable.

I couldn't find a local plumber to take an after-hours emergency call to repair a gas line leak.  Called Bill's Plumbing and Drain and they were very responsive.  One of the owners came out the same evening and returned the next morning with parts that were needed to complete the repair.  They quickly got our gas utility back online and worked with the gas company to make sure everything was safe.  They also did the job at a very reasonable price.

Friendly, great service and affordable.  They have been able to come on fairly short notice (within a day or two) when others have said that it will take a week to make it out.  They are my go to for any plumbing needs.

Mikal with Quick Drains was super helpful. He responded quickly to my request for assistance, and even helped me try to troubleshoot the issue myself. The issue persisted, so he came out and took a look. He was professional and courteous, and took care of our issue. Would definitely use this company again.

Jorge and his son came out to look at some work we needed done on our home and then scheduled me for the very next day for the repair. He was extremely helpful and so nice! They were both so respectful and took the time to explain everything to me both before and after the repairs. We highly, highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!! Thank you, Jorge, for your help!!! We will be calling anytime we need anything fixed!!

Also, he asked if the homeowners were military or veterans to offer a discount. Not many people offer to save you money!! Another added plus in our book! :)

TLDR: They responded in the middle of the night and saved the day for a great price.

On Thursday, May 11, during the ridiculous amount of rain, my basement's sump pump failed at about 9 - 11 PM (my husband happened to be downstairs, so we saw the water flowing from a windowless wall into the room that he was in almost as it happened).

Having had a sump pump fail before in a different house, I knew what was happening immediately. I called a neighbor and we began immediately trying to fix the sump pump and to clean the [visible] water. Luckily, my sump pump came to life with just a shake of the PVC pipe. Unluckily, it truly and finally died after one last hurrah.

After doing that, and realizing that the sump pump wasn't coming back, while watching the water level rise in the reservoir, my husband immediately started going down the list of plumbers on here that service / replace sump pumps.

Thankfully Patrick was the first to respond. Not only did he make quick work replacing the sump pump, but he was friendly about it too. He had worked through the night helping other customers and I was fortunate to get him before I had any more problems.

If you have a plumbing need, you should definitely check them out. Even in the middle of the night, they'll provide service as fast as they can and for a great price.

My pipes froze and after reaching out to 7 or 8 different plumbing companies, only 1 made time for me and my emergency situation.  

Bear Creek Plumbing & Hydronics!  Scott came out to my house in Divide, Colorado and helped me heat up my house, thaw out the pipes, find the 2 that burst, turn the water back on and avoided a huge catastrophe for me and my family.  

He was honest and affordable.  I cannot recommend Scott and Bear Creek Plumbing enough!  Thank you sir!

Had a leak under bathroom sink...called them up and got an appointment...technician showed up right on time...showed me the problem and repaired it quickly...great job

Joey is awesome! I highly recommend The Plumbing Detective. He was prompt to responding to my messages, very reasonably priced, efficient with his work and he even was able to help me the next day. Everything I needed done on my list from inspection was done in 2 hours. He was on time and didn't give me a window of arrival, instead he told me the time and was there at it. Like I said, I highly recommend.

It finally decided to get hot so I turned on my air conditioner. It decided not to cooperate, so I needed to get someone to come out and take look at it. My neighbor had just used Talmich and said they were awesome so I gave them a call. They showed up this morning 5 minutes early, and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. He did not charge for anything we didn't need. He did not try to upsell. In fact he was apologetic for getting it done so quickly and asked if he would mind if he took a bit of time and cleaned my furnace. WHAT? Who does that? Amazing!

I know why CJ's Plumbing came through for me so well when the water heater failed in my Airbnb in Colorado Springs and my guests were complaining about not having any hot water.

But first I'll tell you what they did.

Starting in the morning on a cold December 23, I called numerous other plumbers. None were interested in helping me out.

At about 4pm when it was already getting dark, I called CJ's Plumbing. Carrie, CJ's business manager, answered the phone and said, Yes, we can handle that. Let me contact my crew.

A half hour later one of CJ's master plumbers John Price was at the door saying, What can I do to help you? An hour later Carrie and her husband master plumber Joel Valdez arrived at my door with a brand new water heater. Three hours after that, when it was fully dark and the wind was blowing snow across my front yard, they'd finished installing the new water heater. My Airbnb guests were thrilled to be able to take showers and cook.

But the next day my new water heater was leaking out its pressure relief valve. So, I called Carrie. She said, I'm so sorry. I'll have someone there as soon as possible.

Despite having other customers to take care of, John Price showed up at my door to fix the problem. Soon Joel and his son Tyler arrived and, even though they had to work far into the night to figure out the problem, diagnosed a failed pressure reduction valve and went to the hardware store to buy a new one.

To replace the PRV they had to turn off the water to the entire house. Two of my three 60 year old shut off valves failed after Joel tried to turn them. Then Joel spent 30 minutes squirming his head and the whole upper half of his body into the small opening in the meter pit to reach the third valve.

And guess what? It was broken too!

Joel then called the Colorado Springs Utilities emergency crew who shut off the water to my house from the main. Even after getting the water turned off fixing the PRV was a complicated task due to my prehistoric plumbing setup.

But, as I watched Joel and his crew work, I suddenly realized why they're such a successful plumbing company.

Beyond being knowledgable and skilled, they're also willing to do whatever it takes to solve their clients' plumbing problems -- even when it's cold and dark and the problems are hard to solve.

This is the best, by far, plumbing company I've used. The do have the $85/hr rate, but it was incredibly fair compared to some of the free estimates that I got. The guy got here on time and did quality work. I saw the review about the hourly rate being a little inflated, so I was worried when the guy Told me the lady back on the office would send me a bill. It was higher than I thought it would have been but still [significantly]!cheaper than the free estimates. All in all, if you need a job done, call Herman's. Just plan on about 20% higher than doing the calculation yourself.
