Just Screw It provided an immediate and accurate quote that was also the best priced of all received quotes.  They came out within a few days and helped install 3 ceiling fans that had been sitting in boxes for months.  Price was exactly as quoted and the fans work great!

Extremely rude during initial inquiry call. Oh my dear! How could anyone do business with someone so rude? I don't care if/how good you are at your job, your job is to have decent customer service and manners when you have a business.

I hired Isaiah to install a level 2 charger in my garage.  He was quick to get out to my house to give me the most competitive quote.  When I asked him to come on Saturday he was very accommodating and came Saturday morning.  He has the outlet installed in less than 2 hours and he cleaned up afterward. Absolutely horrible experience. They came out the first time had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Completely reworked my 2 year old furnace. 3 hours and 45 minutes later had reworked my furnace. Told we needed a communicating thermostat that they would order one show up with it told us the thermostat alone was 854.00 we told him we had seen them for less the 400.00, the tech said that's the price. We agreed to that he put something on my AC unit , messed with the wires on my furnace, completely disconnected our humidifier there wires just hanging and he damaged some sheet rock, at this point it was more than 4 hours we were told we weren't being charged for that visit. Needless to say he had to put back our old thermostat and the system hasn't worked right since. Showed up today told me a flat rate price of 1800.00 to install a thermostat and the price of the thermostat, I said I'd rather just pay hourly the tech got mad and said nope we will just call it a day and walked off. Said his boss said it's either the 1700 or we won't finish the job. Now I'm having to get someone else out here. This company is a joke, they only know how how to service the systems they sell yet I was told they knew Amana. If you want the job done right at a fair price call someone else.

If I could give zero stars, I would.  Do NOT use this company.  I have been working with them trying to get work completed since September!  They make appointments and never show up during the window they assign you.  Then when you call to see if they will be showing up, they give some outlandish excuse and tell you they have to reschedule to another day that's days away.  They don't care about customer service at all and if you try to discuss and ask them nicely to care about anyone else's schedules or about completely the work, they just give you a flippant, couldn't care less attitude.  I am now in the middle of a bathroom remodel and have no working bathroom on the main level of my house and they cannot finally manage to show up and finish the job.  They don't care that other trades are being held up.  They don't care that I've had to schedule to be at home to sit around and wait for them to not show up.  The quality of the work is also suspect as the inspector came up with multiple issues months ago and they have not managed to resolve them all and close out the permit.  Save yourself the huge headache of dealing with a company that could not care any less about customer service and doing a job right.  Avoid Bullseye!!

And instead of just wasting time writing responses to people complaining about the same issues with her business over and over, this owner needs to stop and imagine a world where 80% of the time when she shows up for her own appointments with doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, dentists, massage therapists, etc, they tell her they have to reschedule and send her away and the other 20% of the time they are 2 or more hours late and make her wait.  It's not an acceptable way to run a business and other people don't do it!  But until she stops thinking the world needs to revolve around her, this business is going to abuse its customers and provide zero customer service.

They come out once a year to clean and adjust my boiler, as necessary.  They are punctual, competent, and pleasant to work with.
