I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Super impressed with CMSolutions. They ended up charging half of what I was originally quoted, were in and out quick and did exactly what I wanted (some pipe modification to accommodate a recirc pump install). Plus they're vet-owned and mil friendly, and the communication I received from their office was superb. These are my new go-to plumbers, HVAC and fireplace guys!

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company DOES NOT have a license or insurance. He WILL LIE to you and say he does. When questioned, he will tell you his 'sister company' does, which is NOT TRUE ETHER!! There is NO 'sister company' with his company associated!! I was lucky, that he didn't blow up my house after banging on my gas valve, trying to figure out what ' THAT' noise was!! He does NOT know what he is doing!!!

We have used Fountain Valley mechanical for 30 years. They replaced a furnace during a major a however for the last several years even during the pandemic their rates have increased dramatically. The average HVAC hourly wage nationally and in Colorado is $29 per hour . They recently charged us $300 to flip a switch after hours, which was I believe 4:30 for them. Make sure you get a quote befor they come out. They're not the only game in town. We're not sure if we'll use them anymore if so we're going to make sure that they're not charging a thousand percent higher than the national average.
