I was very pleased with my experience with Roto-Rooter. Only giving 4 stars for the long wait window and waiting an extra 3 hours due to delays. My technician Rick (#640) was very nice and helpful. He completed the job efficiently.

I will never call Roto Rooter again. Buyer beware. Whatever problem you may be facing, you'll be lied to and it's possible the company may actually intentionally cause more damage to your property in other to have anything to fix. As soon as you ask for an itemized estimate for whatever $5k-$15k repair they claim you need, all the vultures flying around your money, who initially said they could start service same day (their words) suddenly disappear and stop responding. Shameful.
