This is the best experience I have had with a plumber. I have contacted others that are great, but Brian is a cut above the rest.
Brian stands behind is work. If you've worked with contractors before you will know this is something that is valuable, and rare. He is willing to make sure everything is right and will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Most OTHER contractors are hard to reach after the job is complete. Know he is NOT like this.
Brian has excellent communication and is willing to go the extra mile.
He threw in many free services and fixes he didnt charge for.
Highly recommended. Will be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

I signed up for Geisel's service contract for my home approximately three years ago. They come out to my house and perform a thorough inspection of my central air in the spring and my furnace in the fall. Every time they come, the workers are courteous, they put paper shoe covers on and they explain everything that they do. Their rates seem to be very reasonable and they are very prompt. Last Sunday, my air conditioning went out, I called on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning. Within one hour, they had the problem fixed. I highly recommend them.

Needed a new furnace and air conditioner. After getting a few quotes, Sal's was the best price. Al and Gino did a great job installing the new equipment. Everything works great.

BUYER BEWARE. I called this Minority owned company, Brown and Son, on or around 03/24/23, in good faith, to come out and fix an electric baseboard heater where it was not working. Brown and Son came out charged me $85.00 just to come out and find that the baseboard heater needed a thermostat. It took a week for Brown and Son to order and receive the thermostat . When Brown and Son came out, the thermostat which they replaced was wrong color, and wrong size. and the knobs fall off when you turn the heater on. I called Brown and Son on 03/30/23 and requested the original thermostat because it matched what was taken off the system and a perfect fit. David Brown stated they threw it away and could not find. I went to use the heater on 04/03/23 and the knobs fell off and when you touch the replacement part, the whole thing sinks in. I called Mr. David Brown to explain to Mr. Brown the problem, and David Brown was RUDE, IRATE, and HUNG UP, and BLAMED The consumer for the problem. As a professional, business owner, this is a disgrace.

We are in the process of buying a house. The Air conditioner was noted to be faulty on general inspection. There was rust over the furnace, concerning about an ongoing or past leakage. Also the AC was running intermittently. The recommendation was to consult a qualified contractor. We made a big mistake by hiring Smylie One to inspect the HVAC system. Their technician who inspected the house said the control board was faulty (cost to replace - $671). Also, he mentioned that the H/E collector box was cracked (cost to replace- $1228). Thus overall cost to correct these problems would be $1900.
Based on their evaluation, we asked seller to pay for repairs.
The seller had the HVAC inspected by his own contractor, who said both the control board and H/E collector box were fine and did not need to be replaced.
Meanwhile, the seller still offered us $2000 to use for repairs if any needed which we accepted and signed the contract.
The next day though, a supervisor from Smylie One went to inspect the HVAC again, and he completely disagreed with his own techinician's evaluation. He now said that the AC coil and the drain pan are rusted and actively leaking and he would recommend the AC to be replaced based on the age and condition of the AC.
Based on the initial evaluation from their technician, we decided to take the $2000 for AC repairs. If we had known about the condition of the AC which came out in the second report (which completely contradicted with their own technician's initial report), we would have asked the seller to replace the AC.
Instead, now we have a complete contract and I need to bear the expenses to replace the AC before I move into the house, just because of the incompetence of Smylie One's technicians.
Knowing my distress and dissatisfaction from their work, Steve Smylie, the owner of the company called me, tried to make it sound like it wasn't their mistake and he tried to make a deal with me by providing me, what he made it sound like, a very good deal. He would install a basic Bryant AC for $4000, which he said was $2000 below their usual price.
Meanwhile, I contacted another HVAC agency who quoted me a straight price of $4000 for a new more expensive American Standard AC (without any sort of special deals)
All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with Smylie One's service. I think their technician was extremely incompetent and failed to detect and report a simple leak from the AC coils (Even me, not an HVAC expert, could see the rust outside the HVAC unit and suspected a leak, but was then misled by the findings of their technician Mikhail Aronov)
Secondly, they charge extravagant amounts for their services, evident by the fact that they would charge $2000 more than other contractors for installing an AC with lower retail price.

Very impressed with this company and its employees. Our contractor used them for the plumbing on our bathroom remodel and we were very impressed with their work ethic and helpfulness. Therefore, when we had a problem with our kitchen sink and could not get help from companies we had used previously we called Haberek. Fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. True professionals would highly recommend them

My bathroom was all plugged up -- toilet, bath, sink -- to main line, which was still clear. To their credit, Pompeii's came on a Saturday and attempted to clear it. No luck. Snake could not make enough turns. They would have run a camera from the street, but couldn't find the clean out in the front yard. On Monday, the city (BV) came out and identified where the clean out was. Pompeii's returned and put a camera in from the front yard, but could not determine anything. They concluded that the pipe was broken under the basement floor and the next step was to break up the concrete basement floor and do a repair. I called Killeen's in Westlake who explained why Pompeii's snake got stuck and proposed a simpler solution. Cut the pipe ABOVE the basement floor, snake from there and install a clean out for future use. Brilliant! Clean and running free now! My biggest problem with Pompeii's was the negative attitude on their tech's part (Dave) and their outdated camera equipment. Dave kept telling me why he wasn't being successful, not suggesting ways to clear my stoppage. For the record, the blockage was NOT where Pompeii's thought it was, so breaking up the floor would not have been done at the right spot! Killeens had newer, better equipment that worked!
