Best Appliance Repair in Cincinnati OH

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Called RBS to fix plumbing in our kitchen. Rob came out with one of his crew and took care of the issue promptly. I'm extremely happy with the service they provided, the cost for the job, and how quickly they got to us and completed the job. We will definitely call RBS for all jobs around the house that are beyond my ability (that's most jobs lol) Highly recommend RBS !!

My husband and I had a flood due to one of those new energy efficient toilets.  We called Bruce and he was at our house within a couple hours.  He fixed the problem and did a couple other things at no additional charge.  He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!  It was like having a friend helping us out!  He even stayed for a while after his work was done and we talked about all types of topics.  We have already recommended his services to others!  When the insurance adjuster saw how much he charged he said man, this guy has some awesome pricing.  Stick with him because you won't find this with any other plumber.  That's exactly what we'll do! :)  Thanks Bruce and son!

I had someone out to give me a quote on replacing a part and it seemed a little high.  He ended up giving me a quote of $2K plus an additional $3K of recommended services.  I had someone else out and they did the job for less than $1K and said that they don't recommend the additional items. Classic case of trying to take advantage of someone that they think doesn't know any better. Just make sure you get a few opinions before you commit to them.
