Best Water Conditioner Repair in Chula Vista CA

If you are looking to change like I foolishly did , DONT the water is terrible , I developed an itch in my scalp and my dogs were scratching so much they were developing patches where they had no hair , that happened as soon as I changed waters , and as soon as I changed back to Culligan everybody is fine ,Rayne makes you sign a contract for a year and in little bitty letters that I did not see and was not told , you have to pay 200 for early termination , I don't wonder why since the water is so bad and the service is also bad , the next day they installed it I had no drinking water and when I called some kid answered the phone and told me : what  do you want me to do , I don't even own a screwdriver I did reach the salesman Nick and he got a hold of someone to come , the installer had done something wrong , from then  on it went down hill , the flavor of the drinking water was not the same quality neither was the water pressure , the tech they sent several times was very nice but there was just so much he could do , now I owe them 200.00 and got a very nasty call from Tammy , I will pay them but it will have to be in installments , the contract does not specify how much or when I should pay them, also when they installedl the water softener they broke one of my big flower pots . My advice is to stay away from them and if you have Culligan don't change you will be sorry .

I guess I can't really comment on how good they are because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!  I had a time frame of between 1-5.  One of their trucks was actually at my neighbors, so I figured when they were done with that job, they'd get to me.  At around 4:00 I called them to get an ETA.  I was told a technician in the area was just finishing up and would be at my place soon.  I decided to go out to my neighbors to see when they thought they'd be to my home and they were gone!  I then got a text at 4:11 saying my technician was in route and would be at my home soon.  At 4:55, I called again to get someone before they left for the day and was told he would be here soon.  5:18 -- another call and an hour after I got the text -- but now I'm only getting a phone service -- being told they will get a hold of the technician and someone would be calling me back.  Nothing.  Another call at 5:31 -- same thing -- and no one calls back.  5:40 -- now REALLY mad -- same thing.  I finally get a call around 5:45 from a guy saying he was on his way.  When I asked where he was coming from, he said South Bay -- I live in Rancho Bernardo -- and he wouldn't be to my house until 6:30.  REALLY???  Why would the office leave for the day without checking to make sure all of their appointments had been taken care of?  If you're someone that needs to take the day off from work to wait for a worker, then DO NOT call this company!  And no one from the company has called me today to apologize or offer to reschedule and a discount for missing the appointment.  Such horrible customer service and I hope that my review will just cause even one person to reconsider using this company.

Luis showed up early and was extremely helpful with diagnosis and repair of my water heater. I found them on yelp, and they quickly answered my questioned and send Luis out on Saturday to help with a leak that was overflowing the water heater pan. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

I had a exterior leak and did not know the source. Jake came out the next day to assess the issue and called to notify me that he needed access to my unit. He was able to meet me on my scheduled day off and arrived promptly at 10am. He determined my water heater needed to be replaced and went into action. He quickly gathered all the supplies he needed to complete the job and it was done in a few hours. He was able to navigate install issues that arose, had to dismantle the water heater closet to ensure a proper fit without creating damage, and left the apt the way he found it, only with a new water heater!
