Best Damage Restoration in Chula Vista CA
I recently had some water damage in my home that had just been remediated and dried out. I had a big hole in my ceiling and drywall's and flooring removed and exposed. I needed someone to help repair the damage. I called Paul and he was polite and very professional and he was sympathetic to my situation. He was able to stop by the next day to inspect the damage and I later received an estimated quote from him later that day. For the inspection, he called before arriving and showed up on time per our agreed appointment. He had his face mask on when we met and he wore shoe covers when he came into my home. He took the time to explain the scope of work to me during the inspection and he throughly answers any question or concerns I had about the process. He also mentioned that they were able to work with my home insurance company and provide any documentation or info they would would need for any insurance claims. After receiving this quote, and comparing with others, I felt his estimate was fair so we hired him. His team were able to start work on my home the same week (Friday) it took them 3 business days to complete the job. My home looks as good as it originally did. His staff was also professional, they covered up when they came to my home and they didn't leave any mess behind when they left. Over all I'm very happy with my service from Paul's company Element construction and I gladly recommend them.

Our sewer got clogged and we were able to get roto-rooter out within a few hours of the problem. When they got here they tried to charge me $845 to hydro jet my sewer lines. I told them I can have someone else do it for $400. They agreed to bring down their price to $495 and included a 6 month warranty and camera the line for me.
After they hydro jetted they cameras the line and told my my sewer disconnected the line. they said I couldn't use my toilets and that the break was underneath the road. They said the cost is going to be around $23k to fix the issue and they would get me a formal quote and also provide me with the camera shots that I paid for.
So 4 days now and I've called their office and nobody has gotten back to me. I ended up paying another plumber to camera my lines and we found out the disconnect was minor but the fix can be done with a sleeve rather the cutting into the city road. they also told me the guys didn't hydro jet all the roots correctly. They missed the last 5 foot of run which they said they couldn't get to. The new guy I hired was able to finish the job roto-rooter could not do. I don't appreciate how roto-rooter used these scare tactics to try and pressure their customers into committing to a overpriced job. I'll never use them again.
Update: After five days the manager finally gave me a call. I told him the situation and he was unaware that his crew told me I was no longer able to use my bathrooms or that they would provide me with a quote to fix the problem. His crew told him I was going to have someone else do it instead. He said he would get to the bottom of it. He offered to have his crew come out to do the camera. I Told the manager that I ended up bringing another Plumber and got the footage I needed and if you wanted to make things a little better that he should credit me for the footage I never received. He told me he couldn't do it since they had done the camera already. I told him to send me the footage then and he said they never recorded it. At the end of our conversation he said that either the customer is lying or his crew is and that he needs to take his crews word. Stay away from these plumbers as they don't hold accountability.

Bill Howe does a great job by providing superior service at a competative price. The technicians are always friendly, and their goal is to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.
I have used Bill Howe over the years for jobs big and small. I highly recommend then - they have been around for decades and won't disappoint you.
