Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

I called on a Sunday due to clogged kitchen sink.  I spoke to Gabi who was amazing... she got back to me in 5 minutes, gave me a quote and said the plumber would be at my house within the hour.  Luigi was early and was awesome with making sure he wouldn't mess up my floors (used mats - this was only a few days after we had a snow storm).  He got right to work and did an incredible job.  He left everything clean and tidy.  The price was exactly as quoted.  Thank you, Roc's Plumbing!  I will be calling again when needed.
