Highly recommend Andersen.  Guys were very professional, in addition to replacing my old water heaters, they corrected incorrect plumbing another company installed before we purchased the house.  Cleaned everything up as well.  Would definitely use them again.

Great service by Jesse had him out to do a furnace checkup and repair humidifier.  Will definitely use this company again in the future for all HVAC needs.

After being screwed over by one company, and having FS recommended to me by Carolyn G - and then seeing another positive review by Colleen C (both friends of mine) - well, how could I not give them a call?

Turns out, it was a wise move. I placed the call around 3:20 Friday afternoon (with fingers crossed), and the very helpful Monique (I think) said someone could be there between 3:30 and 7:30. Worried I might miss them if they were on the early side, and I was still at work, I asked that they call 30 min before they arrived.

Don not only called when he was on his way, per my request, but showed up during the time frame I was expecting him. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was doing it. He checked out a few possibilities, told me what he thought the issue was and why,  and more than once encouraged me to ask questions (he obviously doesn't know me. :) ).

So far, it seems his diagnosis was correct - so I'm writing this from the coolth that is my house. And I would definitely call them again.

No Call. No Show. No Response. Had a new kitchen sink and faucet installation scheduled for this morning at 8:00. Cristian and I spoke on the phone and via text, I sent photos at his request, and he gave me a price of $500 for the job. I reached out last night to confirm the installation this morning, but I received no response. I tried calling and texting this morning as well but received no answer and no response. It's now after 9:00... At least I didn't give these guys any money.
