Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.
I'll look forward to working with Chicago Backflow again on my annual inspection next year.  Thanks again, Mark S.

I would Highly recommend Roc's Plumbing!! 5 stars isn't enough.  They are professional, reasonable, and very clean work.  They treat you not just like a client .  Sharon. And Mike  helped me out with a major plumbing problem I had with another company.  I needed help during a week where we got a bad storm and there was a lot of flooding and they were very busy and were able to squeeze me in.  They will work with you. They do a wonderful job!  If you look you will see they are very recommended.  They take there time not rushed.  Very honest company !! Professional from start to finish.  I called and spoke to Veronica to schedule the appointment.  She was very polite.  Joe was prompt and equally as polite when he arrived.  He replaced my water heater the same day at a very good price.  He was fast, too.  I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing issues!  Thank you for the wonderful service!

After being screwed over by a different local plumber who never showed up, I called M&R to come look at a pipe under my sink that was leaking.... M&R went above and beyond calling my tenant to set up a time to come look at the pipe... they came out the same day, looked at it, and called me with a price before they went ahead and fixed it... nothing but top notch professionalism from all angles... being a business owner myself, I appreciate this kind of service more than ever.  Thank you M&R!
