As others have mentioned, Jesus is very professional, reliable, and communicates clearly. His team did very high quality work repairing the copper pipes that lead to our washing machines and laundry tub in our basement. They were also very creative in using a 2x4 that I had left over to bring the pipes out from the wall and separate them enough so that I could insulate them. They completed the work quickly and everything works perfectly. The only negative was that the price was a decent amount higher than I would have expected, but it was my fault for not asking why. They were only here for about 2.5 hours and the parts could not have cost more than $100, so I felt it was a little overpriced given it was not an emergency. But I am very pleased with the quality of the work, and he even stopped by again the next week to look at some sewer clean outs that he noticed were not sealed properly.

In summary, I would definitely work with Jesus and his team going forward, but will be asking for a more detailed summary of the cost before anything is started.

Finally a plumbing company I feel like I can trust. Bert came, give his honest option and found the actual source of our issue.  We already went through two other companies (one plumbing and one waterproofing) that were useless and costly.  We were having odor in our sump pump that was penetrating the whole house. US waterproofing is one company that I wont ever recommend... they promised they could help, but did a poor job and sold us a useless solution, and then never returned my messages after they got paid. This company and Bert on the other hand, quickly returned my calls, came promptly on time, and gave me honest opinions that weren't based on money.  Bert was able to find that the neighbors sewer was blocked / broken and their sewage was leaking into our exterior drain tile system. While there was some distance to get inside our place, it was enough to generate an odor. Again, two other companies didn't have the knowledge or ethical standards to help us. Any other plumbing / sewer items in the future, I'll be returning to Bert and All Rooter Hydro Jetting.
