Best Septic System Repair in Chesapeake VA
We have now used Cecilia's Home Repairs twice. Both times they defied expectations. High quality work at a more than reasonable price. Both times, they were able to be out within 24 hours, arrived before the scheduled BUT they did text/call to make sure it was ok, worked quickly and efficiently. The gentleman, Anthony, came out both times and did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be more pleased with this company. We will definitely be utilizing them for future project and repairs as necessary.

I have been using them for 10 years for my septic tanks until my toilet got issues. They try to charged me $700 for 1 hour job and I was able to fix it for $350. Plus they charged me $125 for service fee. Stay away.

Technician was great the one time they showed up! Customer service was a zero!!!
1. Showed up two hours prior to scheduled appointment then sent me a text while I'm on the phone with them to confirm wrong time
2. Called me during the rescheduled visit to cancel and had to wait another three days
3. Took 13 days to get ahold of customer service to follow up about incomplete job AND to pay service fee
4. Scheduled to come on Thursday (July 7th) between 1 and 5 and no one called or showed up. I called and emailed the company to no avail!
Horrible company to work with!!

My husband is a real estate investor. The technician was supposed to meet at a prospective property to provide an estimate to replace an A/C unit that had been vandalized. The technician called me the morning of our appointment to let me know that he couldn't provide an estimate because we aren't the owners of the home. If it's against their policy to provide estimates unless you own the home, they should ask if you own the home when you book an appointment. Since when do contractors not provide estimates for house flippers anyway? HVAC function is checked BEFORE you close on a house!

Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
