Best Septic System Installation in Chesapeake VA

The technicians were very prompt and friendly. They did amazing work, and the pricing is very fair, I'm only docking a star because they left a bit of a mess. I found a broken screw on my floor, dry wall dust everywhere in the bathroom, which is to be expected because they installed an exhaust fan, but my sink drain was full of dry wall bits, and I think one of the technicians had a pencil sticking out of his pocket because there are pencil marks all over my walls now. Also, I think one of the technicians must have cut him self because I wiped a bunch of blood smears off the walls. Everything else was great though, and they were very professional and friendly.

Great experience from start to finish! Called on Mother's day because I thought my septic was full and over flowing. Bruce called his guys and tried to find someone that day, but was able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning. Guy (the person who came out to pump) was very nice and was very patient with all the questions I had about the system, he took time to explain and show me everything. If and when I need help again, they will be the first ones I call!!

My insurance, Home Serve, picked Cassidy's Plumbing to handle a water leak in our front yard. Nate arrived on time, started digging and found a broken water pipe quickly and efficiently. He had to dig almost three feet of mud to find the crack   fixed it and put all the soil back in place. So thankful for the fast service

He took the time to explain what he was going to do to fix my leaking laundry room (2nd floor) and water damage investigation (1st floor) ceiling. Do not hire them. I think he is a scam artist! He was hired to do a small job in tore up my entire floor, which cost me $5000 out of my own pocket because he kept the rest of the insurance money saying he spent it on plumbing. I had somebody go into the house after him and a lot of the things that he said he did we're not done.
