Believe it or not, the Mike Tyson commercial amused us so much we called Michael & Son soon after seeing it to schedule a quote for an upgraded electrical panel.  We assumed by the age and looks of the old panel that this would be no small or easy job.  From the first moment the electrician, Homer, came into our home he was exceptionally professional, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable.  He confirmed our assumption that ours would not be a simple job, but the most important thing for us is that he repeatedly reassured us that the job was completely doable.  On the day of the scheduled job Homer called and let us know he and another electrician, Dan, were on their way. Homer and Dan were not only courteous, professional, and incredibly thorough for the duration of the job, they were also down to earth and friendly which made the entire process stress free and even enjoyable!  They even took the time and effort to send us before and after pictures.
