Best Electric Inspection in Chesapeake VA

It is very sad that our next door neighbor would write such a demeaning, exaggerated review. Heads Up has installed several irrigation systems in this neighborhood and came highly recommended.
Although it is true that the electric fence in question was accidentally cut
in the course of digging, it was definitely not 2 feet inside her property. It was right next to the property line, and, at one spot possibly over the line.
Also, the supervisor offered to fix it, but he was told by her husband to stay off the property and his grass. At no time was the supervisor rude.
The men did not throw tools and trash all over her property all week. They were here two and a half days (the 2nd day they left early). They cleaned everything, and when I went outside which I often did, there was nothing to be cleaned. Had I seen anything she claims took place, I would have intervened. Also, they never blocked her driveway. They actually parked across the street where the landscape men park with their vehicles and equipment.
This was a big job; the workers were polite, respectful, and cleaned every day. We highly recommend them if you are contemplating having an irrigation system installed. The supervisor was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering my questions and explaining how the system works. This company stands behind its work. They sent a man here the day after I called to adjust a couple of the sprinkler heads.
We have a video of what was taking place since there are cameras connected to our alarm system. However, if there had been serious problems, we do not understand why she or her husband did not ring the bell and immediately let me know. I certainly would have done so.

I had A back up from Washer... Called 4 local Plumbing companies.. One returned my call...ONE A.B. Parker and Son... Mark Called back within an Hour...Said he could Have someone here The next day by noon.. Today Mark Called back and Said Two guys would be there within 15 Minutes... Our Home is 1955 construction... They Found Toilet Flange Broken... Removed Broken part Snaked Line Solved issues... Had to level Area of flange to cure Couple days And will return to reinstall Toilet... Great Customer service and on Time and Professional...

We called them with an issue at work. They came out first thing in the morning and were helpful with educating us with what needed to happen. When one of the workers needed advice, the owner Paul came directly over. Now THAT is customer service at it's finest!!!

their technician was here for less than 5 minutes and it was all bad from the start. he was extremely rude and disrespectful. i am in this line of business myself, so understanding the price mark-ups to a point i accepted his price quote even though it did not seem just. he then went to move his vehicle and carelessly ran over the cable box in my front yard and never even apologized. at this point we had enough and called the office to tell their technician to leave. we also gave them another chance to earn our business and asked them to send someone new out. a few minutes later they called me back and cancelled the appointment saying they would not be sending anyone to my house because they believed the technician was not at fault for anything that happened. in the end i had an amazing guy named sean come out from atomic plumbing and could not be more pleased with his service and his overall attitude. thank you for allowing us to give our business to a worthy company instead!

This company hired my company to install there Heating & Air conditioning  and we did our work like we are contracted to! Even after several change orders I didn't get paid for I stayed!  Then last Friday when it's time to get Paid the owner Curtis Key tells his guys to tell me he's not paying! Apparently this has happened before! This guy treats his employees bad also! I stood and watch him call his plumbers  mfer and stupid and many more choice words! He took advantage of my small company .. I have contacted an attorney and working on the lawsuit as we speak!

The general manager Chris or CJ (not sure what his name is because he gave me 2 different names when i asked) are is unprofessional. This company is a joke! They were assigned to me by my home Warrenty company and they fixed my AC unit with a new contacter because the one my unit had blew out. It didn't fix the problem and then both my units went out so i called them back and they came out again two weeks later to look at my systems. I had contacted the main office to see if there was any way that they could come out earlier due to having small children in the home in my house being close to 100° on the inside. My mother had just had a kidney transplant so it's vital that her body stays cool during her healing process and I tried to explain that to them on the phone but the lady said there was no way that they could come out any earlier. I asked to speak to that Chris or CJ guy which was supposedly the manager and he was ridiculously rude. I tried to level with him and just talk to him like a human being and tell him the situation in hopes that maybe he could offer some overtime to a technician or see if somebody could squeeze me in at the end of the day to at least come look at the unit because of how hot it was in the house. He was so rude to me and said that he's a supervisor and he would not be doing that. I asked him if they offered any kind of overtime to the technicians and he told me yes but we're not doing this for you. He said if I didn't like it then I could just call my home warranty company and they could send somebody else out. I asked to speak with the owner and he told me that it wasn't possible because he doesn't talk to people like me. I asked for his name and contact information and he refused to give it to me at first. He eventually gave me the guys name but said that's all he could give me. We disconnected the phone and the next day was my set appointment.The tech that completed the work was really nice but basically said that the contactor was blown again but I would have to pay this time to have it installed because my home warranty didn't cover the last time and he got in trouble by the Chris/check guy. Go figure after I have a conversation with this guy all of a sudden my air-conditioning problem isn't covered anymore when it was the last time they were out. Just a crappy company trying to scam its consumers. Well jokes on you friend I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my home warranty. They said they're no longer going to use your company due to the negligence in the way that you treat your customers. Now they are supposed to come back to my house because they are supposed to replace a fan motor in my second unit but are waiting on my home warranty to approve it and again not surprised I got a call from a home warranty company this time stating that they no longer wanna do business with me and they want a transfer to another company. My home warranty company explained to me that they will no longer be using them which unfortunately sucks for the owner because I'm not sure if he knows how his management team is treating the customers. Ultimately it's gonna cost him money in the long run which sucks for small business owners. Hopefully he realizes or she, not sure if the owner is a man or a woman because the manager was so shady and wouldn't give me all the information- but they realize that they're losing income due to their staffing. I can also tell you right now that we do use Bell cow as a vendor for my work but after this entire situation I spoke to my ownership in my upper management about it and we will no longer be using them at my properties that I work for. This kind of business and treatment is not tolerated in our business. I'd the owner would like to reach out to me I'm sure he can get my contact info from the two work orders and we can discuss what happened and how he can fix it. In closing, choose another company! If they had just showed some customer service and just had been polite. Being rude never helps!
