Travis came out the next day with a bigger machine to try a different approach and was here for almost four hours. His sense of humor made the process much more enjoyable! He talked me through every approach he tried to clear the blockage and was very clear in explaining that we would ultimately need to replace a section of cast iron pipe with PVC. Travis came out with a team the following day and did the job mess-free, and we didn't have to take off work while they did the job.
