Travis came out the next day with a bigger machine to try a different approach and was here for almost four hours. His sense of humor made the process much more enjoyable! He talked me through every approach he tried to clear the blockage and was very clear in explaining that we would ultimately need to replace a section of cast iron pipe with PVC. Placed an online request for service at 7:00 and by 7:15 I had an appointment for the same day between 8-12.  Within an hour, I got a call that the plumber was on the way and 30 minutes later Sergiy came and got to work.  He was diligent and informative and courteous.  Very impressed with my interaction with RotoRooter.
