I tried to install a Nest thermostat on my own and wasn't quite sure what went wrong, but received an error. Anthony from the new HVAC team was great! He called when he was on his way and was well within the three hour appointment window. He was polite, explained everything that he found and what was wrong, and got the fuse changed. Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix

6 days without hot water while i sit on the part they say needed that was sent directly to me but now they cant come back until next week to install
