Jerell came out and was very professional. He was sent to us for a plumbing problem behind our dishwasher. Allison and White property management had him come out. But now they say nothing is wrong , I would very much like the report from Jerrel if possible, because these guys are giving us a lot of trouble because of this situation and nothing is getting fixed. I had a fire outside that burned my electrical panel. I had a representative  at my home two hours after I called.  He examined the situation and gave me his recommendations and a price.

The next morning a technician arrived and completed the job the same day. Lot was very thorough and made sure all of the circuits were working and left the area in good shape.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

6 days without hot water while i sit on the part they say needed that was sent directly to me but now they cant come back until next week to install
