Best Sump Pump Repair in Chandler AZ

Frank came to fix my a/c- they were fast to come out and fix it right. He waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and waited for the air to turn down before leaving. He was great!

I used one of the big companies, he and his sons will remain nameless , for my last repair terrible idea. A year later and I start having the same problem. I call Dignity and the next day Jeremy is at my house. He was not on time, but that's ok... because he was EARLY and texted me before hand to let me know. He is so skilled that he has my toilet apart and walks me through the issue I am having within 5 minutes of being on the job. He comes back for part one of the repair and is again early. Day two of the repair was this morning so I began mentally preparing myself for the price. Remember, I used one of the big name plumbers last time, so I was scared. I was ecstatic when I heard the final total! For the quality, efficiency and professionalism I was expecting triple what I paid. Such a great value from a small and locally owned business.

I contacted Lawson after I realized my water softener was leaking all over the garage floor! They were incredibly responsive, even through Yelp, and helped me with initial diagnostics over the phone. They did a lot of research on my specific water softener in advance, so when Gabriel came for the appt it was incredibly fast to confirm their findings and make a recommendation to replace the unit.

Gabriel stayed with us every step of the way and returned the following week for installation. On our end the installation was very smooth, but poor Gabriel had a heck of a time thanks to the previous homeowner who was a creative DIYer. Gabriel left us with a beautiful water softener in perfect working order, and a much cleaner garage than when we found it, having not only picked up after himself but also spending time to chip away at the dried salt from the last unit's leak. I will definitely be calling Lawson again for future plumbing needs!

I have had other companies out to fix many plumbing issues and these guys are by far most responsive, and ver honest with their work.  Also very polite.  Great work!!  Keep being the good guy in the industry

Pat and his crew are awesome. They came the same day and have very reasonable pricing. They fixed my toilet and even did some adjustments so it flows better. They are extremely professional and will not try and haggle you for pricing. They communicated any issue and addressed it immediately. Definitely worth the call and price. If you need a reliable and affordable plumber, they are the ones to call.

We really loved that these guys communicated so well. We got text messages when they were on the way, we got text messages after they left. They were very thorough, good price, and we would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again when we have our next plumbing needs!

I'm very impressed with this company.  I came home to a flooded house with water literally coming out my front door. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer, and they had a guy at my house within 30 min. Water turned off had another company come out to clean up all the water damage and address the problem with my water heater exploded and have a new water heater installed that night.   This all happened at 9:30 at night on a Saturday.  I will be recommending Pink Plumbing and Sewer to everyone.   Might I add that I called 6 other companies all with no response to me.  I highly recommend them!

What a day..but i wanted to take some time to do this to say how pleasant the guy was from your company.just moved into our knew home for two weeks now. having some plumbing issues needed an estimate from your co. On the RO and soft water system.Also had(pruitts plumbing)at the same time to change our water heater because that's who our warranty co uses.what a total difference in service. thank you for having such great workers

I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. If I could give them negative stars I would.  First they are EXPENSIVE. For 5 water cut offs I was charged $800. Only 2 were under a sink.
Second job I was told they have plenty of techs waiting on a call. When the estimate was given, they couldn't get here until tomorrow.  
When the techs showed up at 7:45am, they STUNK!!  Smelled like they had slept off a drunken bender. Then they did not take care when cutting out the drywall and were not going to replace it!  For almost $2k to move kitchen water line and drain 6, replace ice maker supply and one supply line, I would have expected better care or at least rough replacement of drywall. I found another plumber that did the job for less than $500.  Shop around and don't get taken.

Very pleased with this company. I needed my garbage disposal to be replaced with same day service and I got it! The two gentlemen who came out were quick, efficient, and every friendly! I would recommend with no hesitation!

By far the most honest and competent plumbers in the valley. I have a business that shares drainage with other tenants here in the east valley. Tenants, landlord and myself had a total of 3 plumbers on 4 occasions come out in the past 4 days to address blockage issues. None of them fixed the problem. ABC cane out first thing this morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. Don't make the same mistake as we did, Call ABC first!

Have done really great work for me. On time, knowledgeable and very honest. Do what they say and do it well.

Bryan came out to hang a chandelier and 2 wall-mounted lights in one of our bedrooms.  SUPER courteous...SUPER clean-cut...SUPER careful and precise with measurements and installs.  The price was WAY more than I expected (which may be the going rate, not sure), but the overall experience was stellar.  Will be calling them again...thanks Bryan!
