Mightily impressed with Hays Cooling from 1st phone call about our 13-year old malfunctioning A/C unit August 20!  Jerry came to the house within a few hours and diagnosed the problem!  Then Jack discovered that due to the old configuration on the roof and it being a Thursday night (in the middle of a lightening storm) he promised us a new unit on the roof and operational by Monday morning.  IT IS DONE - Monday 9:00am!  This company came as a word-of-mouth recommendation and I will continue to spread the word about this excellent business!! Highest commendation  to all who helped- from initial phone call to the hard working guys on the roof! Thank you Hays family!

Terri did a great job removing and installing a new propane water heater for us.  He went out of his way to help me clean up a separate water leak that happened to occur while he was here.  I really appreciated his courteous customer service driven attitude he had. He had the best mannerisms of any plumber I've ever worked with.  GREAT GUY and I'll be asking for his help again on another issue in the near term. Good job Terri!!

I can't say enough about Pat and his crew. Pat the owner is very responsive and has high expectations for himself and his staff. They are professional and take great pride in their work. Pat does a great job of communicating. He clearly shares information throughout every job. In recent months we have used them for a water softener and RO system instillation as well a couple toilet leaks. In each instance they have been punctual, performed quality work, and cleaned up after the project. I highly recommend this business!

I have had ongoing plumbing issues in my kitchen with water from the pipe backing up into the sink. A few plumbers would come out, break up the clog and leave. Last year one charged $1400 to flush the pipe to the street he was here 15 minutes and left. So when the problem returned this week, I was afraid I'd be out $1000.

Enter P&L Plumbing. Kevin quoted me a reasonable price to hydro jet the pipes all the way to the street. The best part was he provided before and after video proving the work was done.

When all was said and done, Kevin completed the work in the timeframe he told me and I saved $50. These are the guys you want to call. Guaranteed I will be calling them after the new year for other projects as we work on our house.

Superior service and craftmanship!  Called Pink Plumbing for a water pressure gauge and to replace a 13 year old water heater after the original plumber wanted what I confirmed to be an excessive amount.  Chris gave me a ballpark quote over the phone which I could not get other A+ BBB plumbers to do.  Had Lou out and let me just say that when they asked for a rating on his service 1-5, I attempted to give him a 10 and it would not let me!

Lou's work was stunning (yes, pipes can be good looking).  He explained what he did, also educated me on what to pay attention to and introduced me to the concept of whole house water filtration systems rather than a water softener or descaler and RO separately.  

So glad to have a plumber I can depend on and know that the job will be done right!  Thank you Chris and Lou!!!!

We've been talking about getting a new hot water heater to avoid the flooding that has happened when previous ones went out.  Through a neighbor, I found this company and got a bid. They were reasonably priced, gave us a $100 off.  The installer arrived right on time, did a great job of installation and cleaning up after himself.  Even suggested we should get our soft water system checked, based on some residue he saw while he was working. Would definitely call them again.

I was having some water damage on my master shower called up Plumber Response Team and Craig came out within the hour and got the ball rolling strait to the point a pleasure to work with highly qualified and recommended

Daniel with Masterflow plumbing is awesome! I had a few plumbing issues in my house that he was able to expertly fix- including a broken garbage disposal, toilet fill valve, bathroom sink that wouldn't run, and leaking washing machine. Daniel took the time to explain each issue, in terms I could understand, and make sure all of my questions were answered. This company is a rip-off. They were referred by my extended warranty company. Showed up, took maybe 20 minutes and said they would need to talk with warranty company. Charged me the show up fee of $45. While here, the plumber talked down the warranty company who referred him. Told me they are really bad. Came back the following week, took 5 minutes to replace a small part in the shower valve. Charged me $328  on top of the $45 the last week, saying warranty company wouldn't cover any of the repair. Not bad for 25 minutes of work. Called his boss over outrageous price. He said he'd get with the contractor and get back to us. He never called us back. The plumber was filthy both times he arrived. I didn't even want him in our house. Maybe for nearly $400, he can afford a new pair of white socks. Both times here, his socks were dirty white socks that were brown. Terrible experience. Don't use this company or give up your first born for payment.

Travis & Sons rearranged their schedule to help us when we had an emergency situation with one of our bathroom showers.  Friendly, reliable and professional.  Highly recommend!
