Best Septic System Repair in Chandler AZ

I purchased a new water softener and needed help installing it, after calling numerous plumbing companies the people at ABC stood out and were the company I chose to do business with. In an unknown sea of unknown plumbing companies I found them to be super friendly, fast responding and reasonably priced. Needless to say they did an amazing job on the install and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Don't waste your time looking at other companies, ABC is the easy choice for quality work.

Called Belsito plumbing for a very simple problem - a stainless steel cup stuck in the garbage disposal (embarrassed to make the call really).  We couldn't get the thing dislodged despite prying at it for over an hour and concluded that we would have to disassemble from below to fish it out.  Out comes Louis from Belsito, and he pops the cup out in less than a minute. No disassembly required.  I guess it just took a little oomph and some magic.  Who knows?  Anyhow, the problem was so simple and ridiculous, he didn't charge us anything for the visit.  Nice guy too. What company offers such friendly and honest service nowadays?  Apparently, Belsito does!  I was thoroughly impressed.  

Will definitely call them back should I need a plumber in the future.  Fully recommended!

We had an emerging situation with two of our toilets (just an aging building), and Reddi Services was willing to work within our timeline. Travis came at the time promised, and got to work on what we asked. Turns out there was a lot more to the problem than we initially knew (but we suspected--the last handyman refused to even touch the problematic water shutoff). A few hours later, Travis skillfully negotiated the issues, fixed our plumbing, and did it with professionalism and a great sense of humor.

AMAZING!!!!  We had them give us a second opinion on a huge home repair job (tree roots wrapped around our sewer pipes.)  Their bid was much cheaper, their timeline was much faster, and their work was A+. And...as a bonus...tree did not have to be removed.  Frank & Jesse, strong work!!!!

Overall Monkey Wrench Plumbing seemed to install our soft water system properly but there were several issues with communication and scheduling (late and missed appointments). Also there is a slight disagreement on whether or not a small fee was discussed prior to work completion. We might use Monkey Wrench again in the future if they could resolve some of these issues. Read on below for more details.

I first contacted Monte through yelp for a quote for my soft water system. Monte told me he does these systems all the time and that the cost for the softener would be 850 dollars plus tax. I scheduled Monte's team to come out and they gave me a window for service for Wednesday the following week. The night before the soft water install I unfortunately also had a leak from my master bathroom shower through our ceiling. We had to have a company come out and clean up the water and Monte told us they would come by to fix the leak during the soft water appointment.

Wednesday's appointment window came and I heard nothing from Monte or his team so I called and he assured me his team would be by around 5 instead. Monte's team eventually came but immediately realized they were missing required parts for my water connections and would have to come back. The next appointment was set for the following day earlier in the day. After this appointment window came and went, I again called Monte to try to check on status. Monte again said his team was busy (due to the season of the year) and told me his team would be by later that day. His team did come by around 5PM again and installed the system and looked at the leak. They told me for the leak they would need some parts and would need to come back the following day. Based on prior missed appointments I contacted Monte again proactively to get a window for Friday. Monte assured me someone would be by between 12-4 on Friday. Friday's appointment was missed again. I tried to call and text message Monte and did not hear back from him until the following day. Monte told me they were all off on Friday.

At this point I asked for the bill for the soft water system and Monte told me the cost for the system would be 850 + tax + an additional fee for a separate install kit that I believe we were not previously notified about. While this fee was only another 60 dollars I was not happy about not being notified in advance. Monte told me he believes he mentioned this fee to us. At this point I cancelled the work for the ceiling leak and explained my concerns to Monte in depth. Monte's called me back and discussed our concerns and was apologetic. Overall, I think maybe we had a serious of miscommunications during Monte's busy season.

I think Monkey Wrench Plumbing did an OK job on the system that they installed but there were numerous communication and scheduling issues. We might use Monkey Wrench Plumbing again in the future if they can resolve some of the issues I mentioned above.

Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

I cannot say enough good things and praises about this company! From the first time I called Frederick & Sons, I have stuck with them for all our plumbing and air conditioning needs. Now hear this, we just replaced our very old air conditioning unit on our 1970 something slump block home. Frederick & Sons installed a top of the line unit into our home and oh my goodness, what a difference in the coolness and the efficiency of this new unit; it will pay for itself in energy cost savings in no time at all! Anyone living in Arizona with the hot summers we have, knows just how important it is to have a good air conditioner and that maintaining the service on that much needed unit is vital. Days after the install of our new air conditioner, we had water coming up from a drain pipe in our laundry room floor, a shared wall for the laundry room and the room in the garage off to the side where the air conditioner return, the water softener, and a wash sink is located. Water was found on the floor of this shared wall. I called Frederick & Sons, they had Edward, one of their employees come out and that young man worked and worked and worked on the plumbing lines to find out where the blockage was in the lines. He couldn't unblock the line and was not sure if there was a broken pipe under the house. He did fix the problem of the water issue tentatively, until Leonard could come out and look over the situation. Mind you, this young man worked hard and their was no charge to us. A couple days later, Leonard showed up with three of his workers and they were fast at work. Leonard knows how the plumbing runs in some of the older homes so his diagnosis & fix to the blockage was soon resolved! Excellent!!! I was so happy. I thanked Leonard and....before I could ask him what the charge would be....Leonard stated, there will be no charge for this work today, and I asked why?, Leonard said, you just bought a brand new air conditioning unit from me, I am not going to charge you for flushing out a simple blockage in your pipe; we're good, he said. I could have given him a great Big Bear Hug!!! But I didn't, of course :)
