Best Lighting Repair in Chandler AZ
Alex was great. Was able to schedule easily and he was on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great explanation to the problem and also the options to fix it.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Kurt is super polite, responsive, and does a great job! I hired him to mount a tv, fix a closet rack, install a new electrical outlet, and partially paint my bathroom. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. I found his pricing to be fair and affordable.
From the first time I contacted Kurt, I felt like he really wanted to earn my trust. He patiently answered my questions and asked me questions that others didn't - which showed me he cared about getting it right. I've already asked him to come back for additional work, so I think that says it all.
Kurt was the 3rd handyman I contacted but I highly recommend you call him first!

These guys have been around forever, they care about the long-term relationship. My first experience with Qualtire was almost 30 years ago (They have been at the same location since the 1960's) when my father needed some sewer line work. It was going to be expensive, but they worked with him to make it affordable by showing him exactly where to dig so he could to the digging himself. Once the digging was done they came back and did the plumbing part. That saved my Dad a lot of money.
Whenever I need plumbing thy are the only people I call.

Our dryer was making lots of noise & stopped drying. Gabriel responded quickly and came over on the 4th of July! Got the part the next day and gave us a fair price. Will definitely call him again!

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted them for chandelier installation. Took day off on Friday for them to come at 10 am and do the job. Everything was set as I sent them pictures and dimensions of chandelier way in advance for them to be able to do the job without any issues. They sent me text in morning of job that they would need 2 people now to do it and can't make it today. Would come out 5 days later on Tuesday. Totally BS company. I would never hire them. Screenshot of texts attached.

Water leak in wall. Tucker brought a camera but not a FLIR or moisture meter. Recommend asking whoever comes out to find your leak has all three tools, Tucker would not have known where to look if not for a different restoration company coming out with more tools to find the source.
Tucker replaced a leaking exposed attic PEX-to-copper joint for $500, which ended up being close to 2 hours work.
They did not bring a ladder despite being told ahead of time the leak was in the attic. Luckily I had a ladder they could borrow.
They did quality work for a pretty standard task. Up to you to decide if $250 per man hour is a fair price for plumbing work.
They needed a fair amount of help with tools for an outfit charging bespoke prices.

They are easy to work with, not the cheapest but if you want quality work at fair prices then I recommend Brutinel. My water softener blew up and sent debris salt throughout my entire home they basically had to repipe half my home and provide all new plumbing fixtures. No small, easy or cheap task but they got us through it thank you kindly.

James S. recently serviced our York 5 ton AC. He installed a hard start kit and taught us a lot about the system, was very knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to clean around and under the unit, informing us that pigeons had been congregating there. We would definitely have him come back again when it is time for future service.
