Best Lighting Installation in Chandler AZ
Very nice and honest owner! He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Kurt has been at my house several times now over the past few months.
I've thrown so many different projects at him, from installing camera-based doorbells, to installing closers on my gates, to laying down foam flooring in my gym.
All of his work is top notch, you can tell he obviously cares about the work he does and that's the reason I'll continue to call him for any handyman work in the future.

I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations . We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink. It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options. Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID. While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems developing with my water heater. No urgency on it just fact and possible issues. Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract. We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm). All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily. Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks! Who does that these days? You will NOT be sorry. You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive. Call them, what are you waiting for? Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow! I'm in.

I read the reviews...saw the one about a Sunday afternoon call and immediate response from Gabe...well, that was me today! And just like the review, Gabe called me almost instantly. We were able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone and he and I fixed the problem w my garbage disposal! And then he mentioned he was broke down in Flagstaff while he was helping me! Never a complaint..or I'm too busy right now...he just handled my need right then. I am going to use him from now on. He has my business!

They did an excellent job at our office, their rates are fair and they responded quickly. They help me to hang up some shelves and cabinets, they fix some doors, and they were real professionals. I would contact them any time If I need anything fixed.

I wanted to give Tommy Moreno a positive review. He was very informative and did a great job of explaining things in English and Spanish. He was knowledgeable about the work to be done.

The Moen Posi-temp cartridge went bad in the bathtub faucet that I never used and it was only found during the house inspection when I sold the home. The house is 16 years old.
My realtor picked a plumber and if he had told me who he'd chosen, I would have found someone else myself despite being halfway across the country at that point. I used to work for a place in Casa Grande who hired Brutinel for a lot of facility work and they never did the work on time or without some sort of issue.
That extends to their residential work as well, too. The plumber came out, turned on the faucet, said (according to the realtor's assistant) You got water, and left. Of course, it failed the reinspection and the plumber was called out a second time.
BRUTINEL CHARGED FOR BOTH TRIPS! Then, when the realtor and I both tried to get them straightened out, the plumber lied and claimed that the cartridge was 'corroded into place' so it took an extra hour to get it out.
The cartridges are plastic.
So I'm stuck paying 2 hours, plus the cartridge he did eventually replace, because the plumber couldn't identify a super-common issue...AAAAAAND an issue that I'd already fixed myself on two other faucets in the house.
Avoid if you don't want them to waste your time and overcharge you for the privilege.
ETA: After this review was posted, Brutinel offered to knock the extra hour off my bill in exchange for taking it down. So, ya' know, they try to manipulate their ratings, too.

My AC nightmare!
My 18-year-old AC gave up on me on 6/28/14. The technician, Todd C, was here within an hour of my call, diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak, recharged the system, and strongly suggested that I replace the unit at the end of the cooling season. He said that the refrigerant should last until then. On 7/3/14, the AC was once again blowing hot air. A call to George Brazil had Todd C at my doorstep once again. He said that recharging it again would be a waste of time and money but that he could get a crew out that afternoon to install a brand-new system. Faced with the daunting prospect of shopping for new air-conditioners on the Fourth of July weekend, I agreed to a new unit. Chandler, Noel, and Michael showed up that afternoon and installed the new one.
All was fine until 7/11/14 when the new unit, a York, started blowing hot air. Techs were then out here nearly every other day finding and fixing leaks, recharging the system and replacing leaking coils. All of the techs (Dillon, Jesus, Chris, and Jason) were extremely courteous, prompt, and seemed to know what they were doing. The same goes with the dispatching staff. Five stars for them.
I'm starting to think that I got a lemon for a unit though.
