I am not sure I can express in words how wonderful the experience and quality of work Craig on-site and Andrew in coordinating in operations .  We installed an eco water treatment system, Kitchen water filtration system, and a routine repair on a bathroom sink.  It was greeted promptly, with a quick visit to the house, an outline of options.  Craig listened to what I said, researched something I had heard of, and produced it within a week even in the midst of COVID.   While onsite on that project, he noticed an existing issue and potential problems  developing with my water heater.  No urgency on it just fact and possible issues.  Again, my options were outlined in discussion as well as on the contract.  We ended up purchasing an instant hot water heater system that has completely solved all of our water problems (running the water for 10 mins before it gets warm).  All paperwork was completed electronically so quickly and easily.  Then as a complete surprise, they sent me an Amazon gift card with a nice note of thanks!  Who does that these days?  You will NOT be sorry.  You do not have to have a large project or the most expensive.  Call them, what are you waiting for?  Now to know they do electrical and remodeling work - wow!  I'm in.

Called Gabriel late yesterday afternoon for work that needed to be done for a tenant in one of my rental units. Gabriel understood my desire to get this done quickly and although it was the Memorial Day weekend made a special trip to fountain Hills. After examining my wiring issue Gabriel suggestion was to contact the Internet provider direct as it would be more cost effective to do it that way although he was more than willing to accommodate me and do the work. I recommend Gabriel highly because he is professional, friendly and just a nice person. Glad to be one of his customers

Cancelled on me twice!!! Needed an electrical repair. THEY cancelled my appointment the day of and asked me to reschedule. I asked for new times. THEY told me their availability and then I confirmed the time immediately after. The day of the appointment THEY said they didn't have me on the schedule. No way I'll give them my business again.

Hired this company  and very pleased. I scheduled  an appointment  for a sink,disposal  and faucet install. This was a labor  only call. I received  a call to verify  they would  be as promised. I got another  call with ETA. Chris arrived right on time. A very personable  young man . He completed  the job in a timely  manner. Left no mess under the sink and even swept the floor. We will definitely  call Brutinel the next time for all our plumbing  needs.

Todd, our technician, was extremely nice and courteous! The scheduling went very smoothly and we were impressed with the same day service call. Great customer service all around from everyone at this company.  Two thumbs up!
