Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

I can't say enough wonderful things, Kurt first responded to my quote request within minutes asking for a picture of the leak from my water heater hose. He was very upfront about the cost which was a lower quote then the other 8 company's that responded to my request. Also  let me know what complications that could occur and what would then have to be done. The hose was replaced and all was right within 3 hours of my initial quote request. I will definitely give him repeat buisness in the future as well as recommending him to everyone else!

If you can, Avoid this business for your plumbing job! I own a trailer park in Casa Grande very close to this business. On Wednesday morning Jan 14 we called Brutinel for a blocked line  in one of the trailers with two very handicapped elderly. First they said they can not get to it that day, but after begging them then they sent a guy at 4:15pm who had no clue what he was doing. He spent an hour and half snaking just in and out with no result on a little trailer bathroom even though the owners repeatedly told him the line is clear in their trailer since they already had done that themselves and he should work on the main. Then he finally goes and spends another hour on the main. Never mentions anything that the sewer was collapsed and by snaking, it can not be fixed. We only found out when he gave his bill to the tenants and they called me to tell me he has charged $275 for a sewer snaking and I called the office to ask the reason for bill to be so high!The office then told me that the plumber told them he got mud when he snaked the main. Well, that is how I knew the job was not done and the line was collapsed. I called and asked to talk to Wes the owner, but he was not helpful at all. I told them the job is not done and I will not pay for it.The tenants still have the problem and we are fixing it as I write this. Very bad and expensive company.

Called for a repair on a toilet....told we needed to replace the entire toilet.  Cost over $1,000 for a generic toilet. The next day, I went to Home Depot to check prices to replace the other three toilets in my home.  The price for the toilet George Brazil just put in my house was $99.  So...I guess the labor was $900 for the hour they were here.  Home Depot will send someone out for $100 for the instillation of the first toilet, $75 for the second and $50 for the third plus, of course, the cost of whatever toilets we choose.  Home Depot costs for all four toilets with installation would have been less expensive than the ONE George Brazil put in!!  To make matters worse, Home Depot told me something that George Brazil did NOT bother to tell me, and that is that the water company gives a $100 rebate for the new low water usage toilets.  SO....I try to get the proper documentation from George Brazil and they keep sending me incomplete information.  It's been two months now, countless communications with George Brazil and STILL I do not have the documentation needed for the rebate.  I may never get the rebate, but George Brazil will NEVER step foot in my home again and will never get a reference from me.  Oh...by the way, the reason they say their cost is so high is because they will come and service our plumbing.  I suppose that means they will come and tell us how they can over charge us yet again!!  I think NOT!!!
