They come when they say they are going to come and get the job done right. I am a perfectionist and the line looks very nice and straight along the wall. Thank you Just Plumbing!

Kevin is a master plumber. He is the most honest and trustworthy man I have met in many years. I would highly recommend him for all the plumbing issues you may have. Too bad old republic home warranty company won't set me up with him when I request him. Most other plumbers are not trustworthy or honest.

Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker Pencil tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.

Called Next LVL sewer specialist and they answered the phone right away. I was put on their schedule the same day. They were able to find out our major issues and gave us a long-term solution by rehabilitating our sewer line and shooting an epoxy liner all the way to my city saddle by digging one hole. As a result, they were able to save my landscaping from being torn up and avoided digging up the city street.

Watch out for the slight of hand. After receiving the initial estimate, I called for an appointment and was told the plumber would be at my house between 10 am and noon. I took time off work to be there for the repair. On the day of the appointment, time ticked away until I received a call at noon saying they were ready to send the plumber out. I said fantastic, he was supposed to be here already. The person on the phone said no, I see the appointment is between noon and 4 pm. That's not what I was told when I made the appointment. Earlier the same morning, I received a call and was told the plumber began his work day at 10am and I was his first appointment. The plumber did have to switch out trucks though. This person told me the plumber would be on his way after that.
I wonder who at George Brazil has the real story??  
So at 12:04, I get the email saying the plumber is on his way. Great. The George Brazil yard is only 14 minutes away yet it takes the plumber 45 minutes to arrive.
Now let's get to the money part. This is where you really get your drain cleaned. If you know what I mean? The estimate for the work was originally $550. Today, the plumber shows up ready to do the work and the price is now over $700!!! I ask why the difference? He says the estimate didn't include the cost to replace the broken part. Excuse me? Why would you leave that out? You knew you would be replacing the part. You even asked me to research the part and provide you a part number to make it easier for you.
So now the plumber is here with the part in his hand and wants to know if I want him to fix it so I can once again take a shower and flush my toilet. This is where the bate and switch pricing is very effective. Do you pay the ransom or start all over again with an ethical company?
Fix the dang thing but know this: I will share my experience in the spirit of helping others make an informed decision.
It's too bad that the good work that was done by this plumber is overshadowed by shady business practices.
