Mark was very knowledgeable friendly and professional when we called him to ask about installing a water softener. He came out and installed in a timely matter with professionalism, also was fairly priced on the services we required. Highly recommend MVP Pluming.

Luker Plumbing was so easy to work with.  Personable and professional, we were extremely satisfied with their service and reasonable cost.

Extreme high prices.  To give a simple example: Removal and replacement of a (Straight or angle) emergency water supply stop valve line under our kitchen sink, All Aloha Plumbing was going to charge my wife $279.17 installed with parts included.
I was out of town, so I told her to wait until our plumber could get out in a few days and when I was home since it wasn't an emergency.  
Our regular plumber came out and we didn't tell him anything about All Aloha Plumbing and he said it would be his standard $65 to replace (remove and install) with parts included for the same work that Aloha quoted to do at $279.17.  
I feel they are overpriced or tried to take advantage of my wife since she was the only one at home.  They told her that she should have it done asap too.  The valve was working fine, we had to turn it off to replace our faucet which is a much bigger quoted price from our plumber.  Our plumber is licensed, bonded, and certified, so it is apples to apples.
Faucet replacement cost with faucet provided by Aloha was $622.69 vs our plumber $350.00

Just beware.  If you have time to get a second quote, I would highly recommend it.

We have had Kevin come out and do work for us twice. In both instances, he has always been extremely professional, courteous, and honest.
He is extremely responsive and does great work while showing up when he said that he would.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and how he operates his business.   It is refreshing to do business with someone of such high quality and standards.  Any time that we have need for a plumber, he is the only phone call that we will make.

We needed to replace bathroom faucets, and were very pleased with William's work today.  He was knowledgeable, polite, professional & super efficient...while being a great value.

He answered question after question, without slowing down or making me feel like I was disturbing him.

Thanks, Jeff, for doing a great job fixing my leaky sink! You managed to fit me in your schedule the day I called even though it meant working late. You had the replacement drain with you and completed the task quickly and well. Then you cleaned up your work area and handled the paperwork efficiently. I'm happy to refer you to others and add you to my list of peeps I love to have on my team. :)

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Hello neighbors- I am writing this post to warn you about a plumber that I used, Kyle Longsworth (480-501-9976).  He came highly recommended from the Nextdoor app.  He performed work at my house that I would describe as ok at best.
The main reason I am not happy with him is that he did not give me the receipts for the materials I purchased or provide an invoice for the work he performed.  I made numerous requests (at least 5) for him to give me the receipts and an invoice.  Each time he said that he would give them to me, but never did.  This went on for a period of about two weeks.  At one point he told me that he was going to keep the receipts for his taxes.  I told him he could not use them because I paid for the materials.
Finally, I asked my husband to call and ask for the receipts and an invoice.  He called and spoke to Kyle and was given the same answer.  He would provide the receipts and invoice the next day.  Never happened.  It is unprofessional in my opinion to ignore such a such a simple request.  I would not recommend him to anyone I know.  I would certainly not hire him again to do work at my house.

This company is horrible they do real crappy work are rude and my appointment time was not honored the service tech showed up 3 1/2 hours late. The company did not call to tell me he was running late. It screwed up my whole day. when he did arrive he damaged the new water heater as he was unloading it and he said it's ok I ended up sending this azzhole away and found a different company to do the job. I will NEVER use this worthless company again !!!
