Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. It is now Wednesday evening. I had a leaking hose bib.  I called early Monday morning and was told someone would be out the next day between 11:00 and 1:00  (closer to 11).  We briefly discussed the issue, he gave me a verbal quote.  He seemed very friendly and willing to help.  He had my phone number and I gave him my email address.  

He did not show up and made no contact with me.  I understand that my problem was minor and that things can come up, but still very poor customer service.  I will not be calling again.

Just found out an elderly woman in desperate need of a stopped up sewer pipe (only bathroom and sink) and a broken air conditioner (90 degree heat) in Albuquerque dealt with the owner. He was two hours late so he could charge the after hour rate. Didn't look at the drain. Didn't fix the air conditioner and charged her $150 for an estimate for a new air conditioner. What a horrible way to take advantage and pressure an elderly woman in need.

These guys are not only limited to heating and cooling, but do full service plumbing as well. When our sewer backed up (on a Saturday at that) their lead plumber showed up within 30 minutes. He resolved the issue in less than an hour, was friendly, and did not leave a huge mess behind. Prompt, professional, and efficient!
