I called regarding a leak in my ceiling. They let me speak to a specialist, He explained the process, The next day they came, with masks on, immediately found the problem and fixed it. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. I wish they did more than plumbing.

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. Eli mentioned that he comes from 3 generations of water technicians and how fast and efficient they worked proves his credentials. Moreover, they were courteous, kind, and affordable, making a desperate situation easier to handle. I highly recommend ER Water Services for anyone needing fast reliable 24hr services. Otto and the site crew delivered as promised.  Needed a new system. installed prior to home sale.  Lead time was a little long, but at no fault of the company.  Business is good.
The crew went out of their way to make the project go smooth and to minimize the damage to the trees.  This project required the relocation of the system to the front yard of our Placitas home, making us very nervous.   The end results were much better than we had expected.  Thank you Otto and team.

I had one good experience with Budget and one bad experience. The first time I called my A/C wasn't working. They were able to send a tech the next day (other companies needed 3-4 days) during the hottest days of the summer. The tech was professional, wore a uniform, was courteous and honest. So I called again when my water heater had problems. It was a Saturday so I knew it would be costly. They sent a tech out that afternoon. He barely looked at the water heater before he started talking about selling me a new water heater for $1900. He also said they don't repair my brand of water heater (which is a major brand). I already knew I was out the nearly $100 just for the service call. Why didn't the person on the phone ask what brand of water heater I had? I told him I couldn't buy a new water heater, so he told me to call the manufacturer and order the parts and when I got them he would come back and install them. I called the manufacturer and got a very nice service tech on the phone. He said I probably didn't need new parts, that it was most likely a simple thing I could fix myself (the water heater isn't that old). He instructed me to push a reset button, wait a few minutes, and re-light the water heater. He also emailed me an instructional video. I did what he directed and lo and behold, my water heater was fine and has been ever since! So I wasted $100 on a service tech who I believe should have known to at least try resetting it. Live and learn.

In the middle of the day my refrigerated air unit stopped working and the house got very hot. This company was quick to respond to my messages and was able to get someone to come the very next morning. The technician who showed up, Jeremy, was friendly and was able to educate me on the system I have without being condescending, which I really appreciate. I will keep using them in the future if I need any other services.

We had supreme heating and cooling install an air-conditioning unit at our home.  On a positive note, the electricians were great.  They performed over and above what was expected.
 
The rest of the install was an issue. The damper above the A/C unit was cobbled with a gaping cut for a cookie sheet that can't be removed without bending the shit out of it and gouging an interior door.  When they finished, there was no instruction or commissioning of the unit to see if it worked according to plan.  The next big rain there was a leak under the unit they made while setting the unit that destroyed ceiling and wall sheetrock.  The only time I was able to contact the company was to have them repair it and they sent a couple of salesmen out to sell me a new roof.  Fixed it myself.   I've tried a number of times to contact them with no luck to do some maintenance.  I only get a message stating they are not taking voice mails.

My warranty date is today and still unable to contact them for an issue.

My opinion, they are out of business.  If anybody knows anything different...?
