These guys are great. I have had them out 3 times. The first guy was a bit cranky, so I thought that it might effect the quality, but I was wrong. He had solid work, worked at a fair pace. The second guy was even better! He was super knowledgable, methodical and did not waste one bit of material. Very clean job. And it was a difficult job (triple sinks, water heater and water filter). Most of all, the management was outstanding. We ran into some hiccups with materials, but these guys were on it. Quick to make it right and straight-forward. I always judge companies by how they handle the difficult situations. These guys nailed it! I'll recommend and be back!

I was extremely lucky to be referred to Eli at ER Water Services when my water wouldn't turn on. Eli came out to our home at 9pm to check our well, and unfortunately our well pump needed to be replaced. That next morning Eli found us a pump and went out of his way to pick everything up, which was over 200 mi round trip. They came back that night and replaced our pump and our water was back up and running by 10 o'clock. Eli mentioned that he comes from 3 generations of water technicians and how fast and efficient they worked proves his credentials. Moreover, they were courteous, kind, and affordable, making a desperate situation easier to handle. I highly recommend ER Water Services for anyone needing fast reliable 24hr services. N & J's Plumbing & HVAC LLC what's the most professional business I have come in contact with in a very long time. Appointments were set and they were on time!  Anthony arrived at my home to give me an estimate, being very thorough and explaining to me what he would need to do in order to install a new heating and air conditioning unit. Anthony speaks in a way people can understand what he's talking about and why he needs to do what he says. No smoke an mirrors with this  company, just honesty, and integrity.
N & J's estimate was very reasonable compared to many others. I spoke to Anthony and let him know we had made the decision to go with his estimate.
We set up a schedule with a date and time for work to begin and work to be completed. Anthony communicated with me all along.The schedule was followed, all work was completed and workers cleaned up the mess nicely.
I will recommend this company to everyone who needs a plumber or a heating and air conditioning system. This is the BEST  company in the area!

Otto and the site crew delivered as promised.  Needed a new system. installed prior to home sale.  Lead time was a little long, but at no fault of the company.  Business is good.
The crew went out of their way to make the project go smooth and to minimize the damage to the trees.  This project required the relocation of the system to the front yard of our Placitas home, making us very nervous.   The end results were much better than we had expected.  Thank you Otto and team.

I had company coming for the holiday weekend. I had not used my air conditioner until the day before only to discover it would not cool. After calling 5 or 6 companies that had good yelp ratings, I made an appointment with a technician at Budget. I was told on the phone that the diagnostic cost was  approximately $70.00 which I agreed to pay. Once the pressure was taken to determine that the unit needed freon, the technician opened his iPad to reveal my choices for service. They ranged from a quick fix at around $500.00 up to a continued maintenance which was around $2100.00. Their were four plans to select from. I was desperate to make certain that my company was comfortable and chose the cheapest option that I could.   After I signed an agreement to pay that amount he looked up the price of freon and told me that it's cost fluctuates like gas and that it had gone up! (Wait didn't I pay for that with my quick fix plan?) By the time he left my home, about an hour later, the air conditioner was working well. When he added the service call fee to my quick fix fee I owed over 600.00. I certainly don't mind paying for service, an hourly wage and materials but I felt like I had been scammed!!

Just a warning before you call these people!!

Finally made the jump to refrigerated air. Worth the change over so far but haven't seen my latest electrical bill...
These guys and gals make sure you have everything you need to make the switch. They hauled away the old swamp cooler and patched up the hole on the roof.  Small company so they make get send different guys to work on the system but they all are knowledgeable and they are there until it's done.

We had supreme heating and cooling install an air-conditioning unit at our home.  On a positive note, the electricians were great.  They performed over and above what was expected.
 
The rest of the install was an issue. The damper above the A/C unit was cobbled with a gaping cut for a cookie sheet that can't be removed without bending the shit out of it and gouging an interior door.  When they finished, there was no instruction or commissioning of the unit to see if it worked according to plan.  The next big rain there was a leak under the unit they made while setting the unit that destroyed ceiling and wall sheetrock.  The only time I was able to contact the company was to have them repair it and they sent a couple of salesmen out to sell me a new roof.  Fixed it myself.   I've tried a number of times to contact them with no luck to do some maintenance.  I only get a message stating they are not taking voice mails.

My warranty date is today and still unable to contact them for an issue.

My opinion, they are out of business.  If anybody knows anything different...?
