This year (2017)was our pre-season service year for our central A/C. They came out promptly the week after making an appointment. They did do a thorough inspection of the unit. They did identify a couple of potential problems although the unit was working. The quote for the proposed worked seemed excessive but we did go ahead as one was an electrical component problem. They used our hose the clean the compressor and cleared away anything that might be in their way regarding service of the unit. The main complaint is that they did not clean up the mess created, did not put the hose back or replace the items moved. After the fact, I did check on competitors pries for the same service and found BCC to be on the upper end of the scale.

Our HVAC unit gave out and we needed someone to look at it quickly. I called multiple companies and after reading great reviews for Affordable Services I contacted them and was very pleased with their customer service. Ron was able to squeeze us in the same day! Their communication was on point and I always knew who was coming to our house and how long it would take for them to arrive. They weren't able to schedule us for installation for about 4 days, so they brought us 2 portable air conditioning units (that they installed) to hold us over.  The portable units were a life saver and we couldn't have been happier! On installation day, there were 2-4 technicians working on our unit ALL day! Everyone who came to our home was professional and kind, we couldn't have asked for a better company to handle our needs! We had lots of questions and Ron was very patient with us.  Joe and all the other technicians who came out took their time to explain what they were doing and how to use our new equipment. Patrick was also very thorough with the estimate so we knew exactly what we were paying for.  We will definitely be using Affordable Services again should we have any problems in the future.
