One of the pipes burst on my auto sprinkler system. The first guy that came out to give me a quote wanted to dig up my entire yard and charge me almost 2k to do it. I asked the guy that does my yard if he know of anyone and recommended deerbrooke to me. Rather than digging up my entire yard and charging me 2k, he was able to repair the pipe for $100. I would recommend him to anyone that wants good service and a reasonable price.

AC went out last night. Came across their info and saw they opened at 8am. Called at 7:45am expecting Vm and pleasantly surprised by a real person answering the phone and scheduling the appointment for today between 10 and noon. At 10:30 received a call from the tech saying he would be there closer to 11:30 but just wanted to let me know. Wow! Called again when he was on the way. AC repaired at very reasonable price and explained some maintenance I should do. He was done around 1ish. Wow. Happy customer for sure!

Had my swamp cooler turned on and a new ADA toilet installed in two separate visits. Chris and Drake switched off my furnace and turned on my cooler. Exceptional service! On time, costs matched the estimate, and both were very professional and kind. A few hours later, the pump blew and Kurt was on my roof within 30 minutes of my call installing a new pump. Chris was back to install a new toilet two days later. Again, cordial, professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I just can't recommend Affordable more highly.
