Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Albuquerque NM
Prompt response to Request for Estimate, scheduled for a Mon a.m. repair, even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day), completed repair in less than 2hrs, and stuck to the estimate that had been provided. Was advised by Tech that I would be notified via email with invoice; received email same day advising that IF I didn't pay by end of day, there'd be penalty charge -- would have been nice to have understood that up front ... but, all in all, will use again in the future.

We had Williams mechanical come out to give us an estimate on replacing our evaporative cooling system with HVAC. Their representative was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and thorough in her explanation of everything we needed. Her quote was very reasonable. We wound up going with a different company, simply because we are already previous customers, but we would have no problem calling Williams if we ever need a different provider in the future.

Today Donner Plumbing & Heating sent Juan to our home. He was here at the time promised, thank you, and installed a new kitchen faucet we provided. I anticipated the install would take an hour and a half, he finished 45 minutes after he arrived!!! Thrilled with the install and the respect Juan showed during the install, protecting our counters and adhering to social distancing and wearing a mask the entire time he was in our home. This is a great plumber and we will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs. Thank you Juan and Donner Plumbing.

This company has been out to my house three or four times in the last two months to try to fix my evaporative cooler. They replaced my flex hose with copper for the line going into the cooler because the technician claimed they didn't have 3/8 inch flex but he just wanted to charge me for the copper because of course they have 3/8 inch flex hose. He replaced the drain valve and that copper line and the solenoid and it fixed nothing. I can't call them again because they didn't fix it. And the first time I met the one plumber from this outfit he told me that abortion and vaccines were a plot to kill the rest of us off so the elites would have enough resources on the planet. OK so that's a crazy person.

They showed up on 1/12/21 to give an estimate fora hvac system. He had to access the crawl space in our upstairs and in doing so dropped the cover down the crawl space which landed in the ceiling of our downstairs bathroom making a hole in our ceiling. The owner was made aware and did not contact us for repairs until I called the company multiple times. When the repair person finally came to fix our Sheetrock, I told him I thought I had the right paint color but I wasn't sure since it had not been opened since I moved in. When he painted the ceiling it was obviously the wrong color paint as my ceiling is white and the color was a dark yellow tan. he said he would call me to schedule a time to come back, he never called. I called the company two more times and the owner never reached out to fix the issue. Now I am left with an off colored yellow patch in my former perfect ceiling all due to this company not caring that this issue had happened because of them in the first place.

I would give them no stars if i could. The owner came in with an attitude, very condescending about how 'we' clogged the plumbing. He then cut a section out of a pipe to try to get to the problem without asking. After two days, he could not fix the problem left me with broken items (a $60 glass candle and several glass jars of skin care items about $150 total loss), 2 of crap in my shower, that was previously clean and an unseated toilet.
We called an Albuquerque plumber, they fixed it in an hour and will have to replace the toilet, $1,300 and fix the pipe $100.
So, calling and trying to support local - they did not fix the problem and with their fee plus the cost of the damage a $300 dollar plumbing issue cost us almost $2,000. Stay clear!!!

Can't do any better than this company. Although extremely busy, they were able to work me into their schedule. They are always always fair and reasonable.

Stewards may not be the cheapest plumber, but they do quality work AND STAND BEHIND IT! We have had them out to the house several times in past few months! They fixed our disposal, moved and resized a radiant heat unit, diagnosed our hot water heater issue (for free, they were here for another reason. Most recently they fixed a plumbing leak in our copper pipes in the floor. When the same pipe sprung ANOTHER leak two weeks later they fixed it again without charging me! We have seen all but one or two of their technicians. They are courteous, professional, and do everything they can to get a good result and leave a satisfied customer. HIGHLY recommend these good folks!

As a general contractor I have dealt with many subcontractors over the years. As the saying goes, It takes all kinds. One that I have stayed with since 2004 is Kyde Crawford, of Redline Mechanical. Kyde and his crews have plumbed eight custom homes for me. The quality of
their work has been consistent and outstanding. This company stands behind its work. In
2015 Redline plumbed a 5 bedroom custom home for me. Due to a manufacturing flaw, all
the hot and cold water cut-off valves had to be replaced. The matter was in litigation with no resolution imminent. Nonetheless, Kyde came out and replaced every one of my valves at no charge and with an excellent attitude.
If you are looking for an experienced plumbing contractor who will not short-cut quality and
who will stand behind his work, you owe it to yourself to consider Redline mechanical.

Everything started out great until it didn't. They wanted money for incomplete work, didn't remember what was quoted and accused me of not wanting to pay for the work that was actually done. After pointing out specifics on quote and invoice they agreed to come back and finish. We scheduled another appointment for which they never showed. We then scheduled another appointment for which they sent me a $0 invoice and then charged me $250 and $20 for parts and never fully completed the work. AVOID AT ALL COST!
