Best Gas Line Services in Albuquerque NM
Just had my hot water heater replaced by these guys. They called me first thing in the morning in response to the message I had left the previous evening. They gave me a quote that was exactly what it cost. The plumbers who arrived were polite and completed the task quickly and efficiently. My previous plumber recently retired after 45 years of business and recommended this company. Glad he did!

Prompt response to Request for Estimate, scheduled for a Mon a.m. repair, even though it was a holiday (Memorial Day), completed repair in less than 2hrs, and stuck to the estimate that had been provided. Was advised by Tech that I would be notified via email with invoice; received email same day advising that IF I didn't pay by end of day, there'd be penalty charge -- would have been nice to have understood that up front ... but, all in all, will use again in the future.

Great service! Very prompt and reasonable! I called them to repair a leaking shower head, it turned out to be a broken valve. It was going to require cutting a hole in the drywall, John did a great job with the repair and clean up. Would recommend!

Just used Rocketman for the third time in a year today, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have cleared our sewer line, replaced our water heater, and today replaced our main water line into the house. They are very responsive and priced fairly. The work on the water line was truly exceptional. They were able to accomplish it all in one day. They left the yard the same way they found it, including laying new plastic under our rock. All work was accomplished without having to break the sidewalk to access the city meter. Every inch of dirt was cleaned up. Every plumber they have sent us has been top notch, and today we got to work with the owner Kyle. Do not hesitate to call Rocketman for your plumbing needs.

We recently moved into our house and had major plumbing issues. MGP is top-notch! They were so clean, professional, and helpful! My husband was deployed, and I'm nervous about letting people into my home, but I had no problem letting them in my home and leaving while they were here! The prices are very fair, and they offer a military discount. While stationed in Albuquerque, we will never use another plumber. I Would 100% recommend MGP Mechanical!

We've been using Number 1 Plumbing for years and they have always done a great job. They have always been on time and efficient. Nick was here yesterday to winterize the heating system and replace some of the boiler parts that were causing problems. I will continue using them in the future.

I wouldn't recommend this company. When I call about prices, they told me the diagnosis was for free. Well, now I have a bill of $90. When I called the owner, he was yelling at me and being disrespectful that I either pay or he will send the bill to collections. He only cares about money. Please, be aware!

Paul Franco represents this company horribly. Based off of my experience with him, I would never use this company,

Their hours on Yelp say they are available 24 hours a day, and open on Sundays. I called on a Sunday, and instead of answering the phone professionally, with the business name, they just said Hello? This is not optimal, and would not fly in a civilized society, but in New Mexico it's not unexpected, so I pressed on. Is this Guy's Plumbing? Yes, but we're not open on weekends. This interaction begs two questions: WHY do people use their home landlines for their business? And, if you want to avoid the high cost of a business phone, WHY would you not answer with the business's name by default?
Another typical New Mexico interaction.

These guys are disorganized and it seems that they only have one screwdriver. One camera. One saw for the entire company. They are very disorganized and the front office seems to make appts for crews assuming the one regular tip Phillips screwdriver will be available and not in Los Lunas if needed in rio rancho.

Needed someone to redo the washer faucet/drain box. Their worker showed up alone and got to work, but within the next 2 hours, he managed to drop a torch and burned the top of a *brand new* dryer - he put in a plastic valve box, but it's not flush to the wall and the frame of the valve box doesn't fit, (he tried to glue the frame on with drywall spackling??) - he left a pile of sheetrock dust and trash inside the garage - he was supposed to spackle and texture the sheetrock he cut out, and didn't - *AND* he was in such a hurry to leave the mess that he didn't even bother to turn the *WATER MAIN* back on??!! And - as it turns out - it's just as well that he left the water main turned off, because as soon as I got the water turned back on - *ONE OF THE WASHER CONNECTIONS IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO LEAK*!!!
And - as if all that wasn't enough - when I went out to turn the water main back on - the plumber had somehow managed to turn the cutoff valve so far the wrong direction, that he'd managed to force the brass blocking tab *PAST* the brass block!?!? (I don't even know how you do that!?) I had to use 2 wrenches and a breaker bar to turn the valve back on!!
Needless to say - this was NOT a good experience. I would *NOT* recommend these guys - and I will *NOT* be using them again. (I'm probably going to have to have another reputable plumber out here to make sure this is done right!?) The plumbing work can be fixed - but burning the top of a *brand new* $700 dryer is outrageous and spectacularly careless.....(he actually burned the dust cover that was *over* the dryer first - and could have started a full-blown fire!!)
Don't use - find someone else.....(I didn't see any mention of being licensed or bonded, so - you get what you pay for....)
