Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. On the Friday before Christmas my gas boiler would not turn on, so I called Mouradian Plumbing and Heating and Eric came out within 45 minutes and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  I highly recommend Mouradian and will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Hands down, the best contractor I've ever dealt with.  The fact that they actually post their prices on the website -- well, that should tell you something.  After unsatisfactory calls and emails with several other plumbers, I luckily found Robbie and, within a few moments of speaking with him, already had a good feeling.  He was so straightforward, so clear, and so knowledgeable, a real pro.  Refreshing!  My instinct proved correct.  I originally hired PHD to replace my water heater, but the job turned out to be more complicated than I had anticipated and it became necessary to move my furnace and replace my A/C unit as well.  James and his fellow workers did a terrific job of solving all my problems at a very reasonable price.  I cannot recommend these guys more highly and consider myself fortunate to have found them.

On a negative note..they were very expensive..we only had a partial dishwasher hookup, faucet replacement, and pvc piping under sink replaced for $1459.00! After paying this price we spoke with other people in this field and were told this was expensive..So my advise is to check your prices!  
But on a positive note they did a great job and the guys that did work were very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

I called for HVAC repair at the start of the cold weather and they said someone would be out later that day -- even giving me a time window in which to expect them. They then canceled last-minute during that window, leaving me without heat after I had already turned down other companies due to my exising appointment with them. The best they would offer as a rescheduled appointment was not for another month.

I took a chance on a company without any reviews and this is the result. Call them at your own risk.
