Best Swimming Pool Heater Repair in Boston MA

Had a problem with upstairs toilet. Called 4  people, couldn't get anyone here within a week. Call Mass Plumbing and Heating, Welter came within 3 hours.  Welter was respectful of current Covid issues, he was efficient, cleaned everything up, and in general...a nice guy to have working in the house. Friendly negotiations, and good communication. They were available earlier in the day then scheduled and asked if they could come early. Job done as expected. Thank you

No show, no call. Then I contacted them and was told that I was scheduled for the following week same day same time. They showed up next week and one of the worker super arrogant and insulting. I would not let these people in my home ever again.

Maybe business is good. But they played the stall game with me with an email a week for more information for several weeks, until I never heard from them again.  When you don't even have common courtesy customer service, this does not say much going forward. Avoid.

Tried to repair a toilet water supply valve myself and got into a jam with it. Had to shut the water off and Called PHD around 3p or so not expecting to get someone out until the following day.  To my surprise, Robbie was able to come to my house around 4:30ish and installed a new valve and water supply hose in less than 30 minutes.  Great service and professionalism.  Worth every penny.

On a negative note..they were very expensive..we only had a partial dishwasher hookup, faucet replacement, and pvc piping under sink replaced for $1459.00! After paying this price we spoke with other people in this field and were told this was expensive..So my advise is to check your prices!  
But on a positive note they did a great job and the guys that did work were very professional and cleaned up when they were done.

I called for HVAC repair at the start of the cold weather and they said someone would be out later that day -- even giving me a time window in which to expect them. They then canceled last-minute during that window, leaving me without heat after I had already turned down other companies due to my exising appointment with them. The best they would offer as a rescheduled appointment was not for another month.

I took a chance on a company without any reviews and this is the result. Call them at your own risk.
