What you need to know about Paul G. approach to scheduling:
You know? The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Why didn't you squeak? Surely you understand people in my line of work are in demand, and the person who communicates repeatedly is more likely to get service.
In my opinion this is unprofessional.
I have received 3 emails total from Paul G. concerning my review. Two yesterday and one today. It is despite him writing here that he has no record of our communication.
When I saw he'd sent the first two emails I thought he'll say something like: Sorry this happened. This is not representative of me. I'm proud of the work I do. Do you still have jobs? Maybe we'll schedule, see my work, and you change your mind. I don't have jobs, but I would have thought he is a reasonable guy and would have updated the review and changed the rating to 4.
Instead I got angry emails You wrote the review on Yelp?, full of capital letters, blaming me for not being proactive enough, not calling him with I really need your help, saying that other people love his work and my review brings his average down, that my review is unfair, and that I didn't put enough efforts to communicate with him and instead complained to the whole world.
I politely said that I followed all the instructions he gave me for scheduling with him, and than this review correctly describes my experience.
Got another long angry email today. Again putting all blame on me. And requesting me to remove the review. Here is a part of it:
I don't like that you passively waited, took no action, and then chose to tell the world about it via Yelp, making me look bad (a little bit) and bringing my average down.
I'd appreciate it if you removed your review.
This exchange is unprofessional. I'm glad I have never given him my phone number.

A HUGE shout out to TBROS for becoming my FIRST GO TO for plumbing services ! After many years of struggling with my personal plumbing for setting up service calls.... i turned to TBROS- the FRONT END STAFF just SUPERB ... they scheduled a time and date that was convenient and EASY and more importantly stayed to the their time-frame. The MASTER PLUMBER was SUPERB, understood the work involved and was seamless in completing the service call. Thank you EVERYONE ; shout to to MASTER PLUMBER KEN and Team for a job well done ! ..... ronald
