It was a large job which he completed thoroughly with excellent craftsmanship. The price was fair for a large job. We will have him back to do install a kitchen shelf, help with dishwasher repairs, and install a new ceiling fan.

Man this guy works hard...James came and installed a new hot water heater at my Germantown townhouse. It was a model that was a very complex install. He worked his a** off to make sure everything was in proper working order. I'll recommend him to anyone and have already passed his info to others. I started using Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs in my condo (replacing water lines and valves, fixing toilets, replacing faucets, etc.) many years ago.  So far no complaints.

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

I had to replace a main water shut off valve, and two gentlemen arrived within two hours of contacting the company through Yelp. They used shoe covers, which I appreciated. They were knowledgeable and explained the job and cost to me clearly. They were done with the job within the hour and left a clean work space.

Upon request, they also gave me a reasonable estimate on replacing the water heater, with a few options. Told them I was considering going tankless, and they explained why that probably wouldn't be necessary or efficient for my household and home. Really appreciated their honesty and information.

Our basement had flooded , and we hired Lee's team after reviewing 2 other estimates.  The work included removing some carpet, install tile flooring and paint the rec room in the basement.

All along the entire process, Lee was always very responsive and patient, which I appreciated the most.

I had water coming into the building because the downspout needed to be unclogged and the drains snaked.  I had one of the big companies come and I was concerned about level of work (he claimed he could not remove the downspout to snake the drains) they could provide.  David responded quickly.  He was able to get me on the schedule swiftly and get the job done fast and right.  While I  hope I do not need his services again for an emergency, I would call him in a second for any plumbing issues.  Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that his services are fairly priced.  I've already recommended his work to friends.
