Called them about a broken hot water heater in the morning. I was told they'd be able to send someone out in the afternoon. He called me before he arrived. He assessed it, figured out the problem, and was able to fix it within a half hour.

I initially had Clover come out to do a service check on our Heating / AC unit. The tech was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Instead of giving me a report at the end of his assessment, he invited me to stay and watch as he went through the different checks. He pointed out issues as he worked and took down notes.

Actually seeing the nastiness that was the inner workings of my system it was easy to make the decision to replace the system. 3 business days later, Clover came back and did a complete replacement. The new unit is Lennox System and it's...amazing. Even in 100+ degree weather I can make my house a virtual icebox.

I was particularly impressed by the extra thick laminated price sheet that was presented to me when selecting a system. It gave me confidence that the company wasn't giving me a price based on the fact that I live in x neighborhood. The price is the price.

We have had no issues thus far and the install was very tidy. I plan to use Clover in the future for all service checkups and maintenance.

So glad we hired James to re-rout the plumbing in our bathroom. My husband and I are remodeling one of our bathrooms, and things have gone smoothly but slowly. The new tub/shower and vanity/sink necessitated the re-routing of the plumbing though.
James looked it over, gave an estimate and we set a date. He is professional, experienced, and conscientious, and his rates are reasonable.  Good decision to hire James to do this part of the project.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

I want to say a huge huge thank you to Luis and his assistant for coming out this morning to our home. I called last week because our house was having electrical problems in the master bathroom that was causing my daughters bathroom to be affected as well. He came out on time and got right to the issue. It was actually something very minor but the fact that he took the time to make sure my boyfriend and I understood what the problem was made us very happy. He was very professional and very detailed in explaining everything. We thought it was something very big and serious at first but he left us in a great mood after we found out the cause. I would deff recommend him for any electrical or contractor work that needs to be done in your home. He is the best and any issues we have in the future I will deff come back to him

I had a leak in a pipe coming from my holding tank. Its about 3 foot section of PVC pipe. I recieved a estimate from the Tech of $$$650.00 to replace the pipe. I also called and got estimates from 3 other local Plumbing companies in my area. O'Connors was 260% higher than any other estimate. The Tech then tried to up sell me to replace my Hot water tank. My hot water tank had nothing to do with my pipe that needed fixed. He said if I would he could make the pipe repair cheaper. Sent a email to company with no response. On top of all that they charge a 44.00 service fee just for showing up. The other 3 companies did not. Very disappointing.

My house was at 38 degrees when we came back from vacation. Called their emergency service and they said the on-call person would call me back. They never did.
