I am very satisfied with the service I received . I was told they would arrive at 2 he was here I came in told me what was wrong gave me a price (very reasonable) and got straight to work. Unlike other companies that want to take you through the dog and pony show to give you a outrageous unaffordable price. Within 25 mins he was done and the work was great. I will call again for my plumbing needs.

I needed to replace my water heater after 14 years. Elliott offered a fair price (about $50 less than competitors' quotes), showed up when he said he would and got the job done with no muss or fuss. He didn't try to perform unnecessary work or up sell me. He also kept the area pretty clean despite my water leak and cleaned up a lot of the rust. I would get a quote from him first if I were looking to do more work. That's about all I could ask for from a plumber.

Buyer Beware!!!
This relatively new startup is shady and unprofessional.  I wish I had scrolled through all the reviews before I called  because I made a huge mistake hiring them.Do yourself a favor and hire someone else! One hour after they  installed a new faucet and new disposal, I  noticed a huge puddle  under the sink and a continuous drip towards the back near the wall. I notified them immediately, and it took the supervisor 4 hours to call me back. They refused to come back that day and fix it.  What really blew me away is that they wanted another $150 to come out and fix the leak that they caused. Unbelievable! Dustin, the supervisor, told me that they were all about customer service and he would personally be here 1st thing Monday morning to fix it and I even sent a confirmation text message to him at 8:03 AM. He never responded and never showed up. Shame on you. Either go back to plumbing school or find another job!! You should change your name to The Lame Guys!
