Tony redid my bathroom and installed an incredible steam shower!  It was a complex project but thanks to his expertise in electrical, design and plumbing it went very smoothly.  Tony and the Ruach team are always on time, work very efficiently and most importantly honest.  They will be my first call for any of my future home projects.

James was amazing and his assistant Adrienne. They put up with our crazy household and my numerous questions. They were able to rectify my issues and even went out to get a disposal when it was deemed I needed a new one instead of scheduling another visit. Price was very reasonable and really satisfied with the work. We will use again.

Roto Rooter Manager, Mr. Purcelle, contacted me after reading my customer survey. Not only did he apologize profusely, but he also returned my $125 and offered me $75 off any plumbing repairs if I use their service in the future. He also talked to the technician about what he did wrong. Mr. Purcelle's actions tell me that Roto Rooter is interested in providing good, fair service to their customers. I retract my 1-star review and give them 4 stars. They have an opportunity to earn the fifth star at my next service appointment.

We just recently replaced our furnace, Hvac compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard.  Everything went amazingly smooth.  Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests.  We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract.  Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement.  He does it all and does it all very well!

Luis and his team were fantastic! We wanted to rip up existing flooring to expose and then clean/polish the concrete underneath. We thought it was risky, and Luis walked us through it and explained how they would handle the job. They did wonderful work and we love our new floors!

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

Our toilet got flooded due to the refrigerator. He agreed to fix our bathroom ceiling with paint and living room ceiling for $600 total. Once he started working he started complaining and started saying its too much work i and I am just helping you we paid him $300 to get the supplies. He messed up our walls and said he never said he will be painting the whole ceiling. This guy was trying to find ways to get more money out. He simply refused him and asked him to leave. We were not going to pay more for the job which is still unfinished and very poor job. Now he started to post my pictures my kid's pictures my house pictures on social media and he has started to harass me and my wife. I would not recommend this person at all. If anything happens to me or my family this guy Edward would be responsible

Last week I received a phone call from Precision Home Services regarding an up coming multi home cleaning service. This was set up by one of my neighbors (Mrs. Hawk) for better rate than by doing on your own.

A lady named Missy, had a pleasant voice and a professional attitude. She called to confirm contract work to be done for power washing our home.  She informed me that once the work was completed, she would get back intouch with me. 

One Friday a guy came to the house to power wash the grim off the walls, decks and steps. Apparently,  my house was the last in line to get washed. Due to the sunlight going down, he was forced to stop the last part of the power washing.

On Saturday I met the guy (We will call Manny) who was working on one of my neighbor's house. Manny told me he would be finishing off my house on Sunday. I got a look at some of the work that was done on my neighbor's house.  I liked what I saw.  This got me thinking about some things done to our house.

Upon looking up Precision Home Services, I saw they do a lot more things than just power washing.  There are several things I would like done with our house and I am planning on using this company to get it done.  

The power washing came out nicely, but there are some spots on the metal plating we don't like. This has nothing to do with the power washing itself.  Still, after doing some painting on my home, I got to thinking Precision Home Services specializes in painting too.  I will be sure to get an estimate on Painting,  Window Paneling and Fencing to name a few.  

I think this will be a very good company to get our home remodel with and I will be seeing them next Monday.  In the words of Adonis Donnie Johnson Creed, Let's Get It.

Lee and his team did great work to repair a drafty back door in our condo. I spoke with 4 different contractors, each proposed a different solution. Some offered too-simple solutions (new door) while another said anyone who tells you they can fix this is lying. Lee quickly came up with the right approach and gave me a competitive quote.

I did have to follow up a couple of times to get the quote, but once we got a date on the calendar he showed up on time and did the job right. He even agreed to a couple of other minor fixes while we had him at our place. Great fix for a challenging project, done affordably and professionally.

Highly recommend Lee and his team for any projects around the house. We will definitely use him again.

Good and trustworthy plumbers are hard to find. David was quick, transparent and professional. Hire DC Plumbing and Drain Service if you have no idea what you're asking for but want a honest and forthright plumber.
