Best One-time Home Cleaning in Virginia Beach VA

After reading many reviews I decided to use Don's Plumbing Repair Services and I couldn't have been happier! Don gave me a quote based on what I told him over the phone. He called me when he was on his way and arrived promptly with his assistant. He repaired my clogged kitchen sink drains and had the disposal working again. He actually charged me about $50 less than the quote he gave me because it wasn't as involved as it could have been. I was ecstatic and he also helped with a slow draining bathroom sink that has been a problem for a long time. It's great to support smaller local businesses and his company is a smaller one than some of the mega plumbing companies in the area. I highly recommend Don and will sing his praises to all my friends!  Give him a call and you won't be sorry.

Excellent and quick work...at a fair price! Can't ask for more!! Owner was friendly and listened to my issues I was having with my phone...a too rare event in today's hurry-it-up environment.

Very unprofessional customer service. I've used them before with other rentals I own but after today this will be my last. Beware of high charging prices and if you call them out on it expect not to get any of the services you needed done.

Your first statement of, had been our client for a while should have made you reconsider providing the services that I requested regardless of the dollar amount. To address the dollar amount, your business has done work for me before ranging from a mere (your words) $180 to over $3000. So with that being said, why would that mere 100 dollars be a problem seeing that you stated I had been our client for a while? Also, I never once stated that I shared your estimate with anyone-- for that wouldn't make good business sense on my end. Think about it, why would I share your estimate with anyone just so they can offer a lower (yet still rip-off price) just to beat you out. What I stated was that I asked another professional contractor painter  (not a guy working out of his truck like you stated) how much he would charge me to paint and patch the holes throughout the house. Unsurprisingly, he priced me with less than half of what your business was going to charge me. You stated that your business called me because you wanted to go through the estimate with me to negotiate, that statement is false. The statement that was said to me was, we will not be doing a $100 worth of work when we quoted you at $3,500. Now since you would like to bring up unethical practice into this conversation, not once did I discuss your pricing with any of your so-called competitors, however I will tell you what is unethical...charging me prices of $50 to $105 just to adjust a toilet flushing chain and replace a shower head. I will tell you what is true about your statement though, I definitely will not being doing any business with you again and I'll be sure not to remain silent about your unprofessionalism of your business. Their communication skills need great improvement.  After being assigned this company to find/fix a water leak by my Home Warranty Company - what I though was minor turned out to be as much water as a faucet turned on under the house.  It was Sunday, but now that I realized that it was an emergency, I called Aul using the number I received from the warranty company (also the only one on their web page). Their webpage states that they are available 24/7, so I was wondering why no return call.  I even left them a VM with the sound of the water pouring under my house. Fortunately a neighbor helped me turn off the water.  When I called Monday morning and left another VM and after 15 more minutes sent an email to the email address.  Finally I received a call where he said, The 24 hour service is only for regular customers, not those through a home warranty.  I'm sorry, but I'm a human being now forced to tote a bucket of water from the bathroom with a tub to the bathroom with only a shower stall to flush the toilet - I should have at least received a call back saying you weren't doing the job.  Apparently Aul doesn't understand how to get a ticket assigned to someone else, because when I called the home warranty company I was told the ticket was cancelled.
