Great service & Very responsive! My rental property had a clogged toilet Sean responded promptly to my call gave me a quote, corresponded with my tenants and solved the problem. It was emergency service and it was handled he was very polite and professional! Will definitely recommend him for any plumbing need!

When Roto Rooter came to my residence they were very quick in resolving my issue. The problem is that it took me having three appointments for them to show. The first night no one showed up and I had to call to find out why. The second night I was told more than once that someone would be at my house that night. Didn't happen so I had to reschedule again. The third night the dispatcher promised that someone would come. He could me before the plumber showed up to inform me that the plumber was on the way. Roto Rooter is a great idea but I believe the limited technicians makes things inefficient.

Now that I knew what I needed to get the job done I went online and bought the adapter myself. PAID $33.45!!!

My first encounter with Justin was during a bathroom remodel in which I already had a hired plumber. He looked over the work that was done, said it was subpar with cut corners, and confronted the plumber for me getting him to re do the work for no charge. He earned my respect and has had PLENTY of my business since then.
Justin has consistently provided top notch work at my home. He responded to an emergency sewage issue that two other companies couldn't fix, installed a tankless water heater, removed the boiler, installed a brand new gas line and made all the new connections look stellar, replaced replaced toilets... and more. There hasn't been a issue he wasn't able to fix and charges far less than major companies. Anyone that can match his pricing isn't going to get the job done correctly.
I can't recommend Justin and Flotech Services enough! He's now taken care of friends and family and everyone thanks me for the recommendation. So glad he FINALLY set up Yelp so I can for all recognize him!

I went with Bay Breeze due to their 5 star ratings. Best decision I could have made! Robin was so fast with responding and getting me set up with his awesome team. They were on time, communicated great, friendly and professional. I just moved to the area from California and I have been really stressed with getting the shower fixed. Taking out a tub, changing the drain and fixtures. I've also been on a crunched time frame but Bay Breeze made the entire process smooth and fast. Amazing people!! They will get my business over and over again Without a doubt.

Responsive! Professional! Extremely thorough!!! Found several issues, by checking all possible problems first.  They found a leak as well, and fixed all issues as they went along, but always kept open communication with what they found and how they fixed it.  They worked 6.5hrs, but complete the job!

Appreciate their service so much! Will be calling again, but hopefully not for a very long time.

Have used A-1 numerous times before and had good luck. The last conversation I had with whoever answers the phones has assured they will never be used again by me or my family. The secretary was so completely and unnecessarily rude that I didn't even bother to schedule them.

I was fortunate to have Drew Richard perform the Air Duct Repair Diagnostic. A visual inspection was conducted of the HVAC System with locations being in the garage, attic and crawl space. All of this was accomplished in a professional manner, while answering any and all questions that I may have had. Photographs of the several sections of the flex duct in question were provided. They were also provided when Drew returned and addressed the noted problems. I would also like to extend my THANKS to Drew and the Office Staff for the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received. We found Ken and Kevin were excellent. Ken came and did a full estimate on all the work we wanted and we had the quote the next day. Kevin came out to do an immediate change of our kitchen faucet, very friendly, and worked quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely use them again. I jokingly mentioned to Sara that works at the office that we were down to our last roll of TP and could not find it anywhere. She emailed me shortly after and said to stop at the office and pickup some. When I got there she had 6 rolls, I started to take one and she said, no take all of them! So very kind and what a blessing! Wonderful company with kindness and compassion AND quality work and professionalism.

Tried to over charge for time. Charged for 1 hour 15 mins and was there 1 hour. Showed him time on ring camera and he still argued saying he was going by his time. That 15 mins was an extra $50! Also charged labor to fix clogged toilet AND CHARGED FOR THE TOOL USED! $150 for the tool on top of the labor fee. Also travel charge. Not like I can bring my toilet to them to fix so that's just a way to get a little more. Feel very taken advantage of.

This is the best place ever to get your HVAC work completed from. I had an emergency issue with my unit leaking in my ceiling. Ben came out and fixed it very quickly and explained the issue to me. I felt confident the issues were fixed properly and the price was amazing. They're not there cheapest but not the most expensive. Great quality and very reasonable. I recommend them to everyone.

I called yesterday because my garbage disposal decided to be nasty and give up in a bad way. They came right out this morning and got a new one on and everything back to normal quick. Great price, great guys. Walt is awesome. Thank you!!

We called them with an issue at work. They came out first thing in the morning and were helpful with educating us with what needed to happen. When one of the workers needed advice, the owner Paul came directly over. Now THAT is customer service at it's finest!!!

They will blow you away with there prices . Best to shop around for better pricing . And the guy didn't even complete his job I had to clean up his mess .

They do not do work up to code, steal tools and personal property and never finish a job that they are paid for. Jason and Melissa are both con artists. They were paid in full for a job and didn't even complete it. On top of stealing over 1k of items from the home. The owner of the trailer is not happy, never was. Took them to court and they never showed but were quick to file bankruptcy to clear the judgement.
