Good honest plumber.  Had a quick easy gas line job in a new house and he got it done quickly and at a fair cost.  Answering service is a little disconnected, however I will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was out of town when I got a call that our toilet and bath tub were clogged. Called Rusty and was told a price that seemed reasonable since it was almost 5pm in Tulsa. The Tech came out and took a look and called telling me I didn't have a clean out and wanted to put one in, that would be $2,500, or he would have to remove the toilet completely to fix but would be more than the quoted price, we went with the later. He came back the next day and fixed the clogged toilet but didn't even look at the tub. When we returned to town I called Rusty back letting him know the tech never fixed tub and it was still not draining and let him know that we did in fact have a clean out, his tech just didn't look (we were able to google clean out locations and found it the first try). He said he would have to charge us again for someone to come take a look at it which was ridiculous since he was supposed to fix it when he did the toilet which I had already paid for. Well we got it worked out and he would have a tech come by. When the tech, Jason, called he was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do short of taking apart my shower/tub completely or pouring an acid solution down the drain. He said that he was never told about the tub and the reason it is backed up was due to the toilet being clogged and in his 20+ years being a plumber it always happens, yet he didn't do anything to fix it at the time or address that issue during the initial visit why I don't know. After a pretty heated discussion where he berated, yelled, and told me I'm married I know how you women are just going round and round in circles not going anywhere he finally agreed to come and fix the tub which I let him know I would not pay for since I had already paid extra to have the toilet pulled when it didn't need to be.

The technician is very rude and unprofessional. I've heard of plumbers crack but have never witnessed where the technicians pants are sagged so low they are literally under his bottom. I will NEVER use this company again.

We had frozen pipes at our house. The guy on the phone was very nice and came out quickly. However, that's where the positive ends. He was on the phone getting instruction from someone else because he didn't seem knowledgeable himself. He spent an hour directing a heat torch at our pipe with no success. They charged us $220 ($95 to come out and $125/hr) and left us still without water and no money to afford to call anyone else! I do NOT recommend A-OK Plumbing!!!

I called A-ok Plumbing out on 13 Sept regarding a leak in my yard after the water dept told me it was on my side.  Two gentlemen came out replaced a valve in my front yard faucet that I did not request.  He said it was the cause of my issues in front.  We went to back and he said the excess water was due to a collapse of my piping in back and would need to be replaced to where the city connects.  It would cost about $5,000.00 and possible as much as another $1,000.00 if they had to go into my foundation.  I believed they were pressuring me to commit.  They left after  about 20 minutes.

I called Mullen Plumbing out and their rep spent about 40 minutes and even went inside to check everywhere and said I had no leak and it was on the city side.  I called the city again and they came out this morning and confirmed it was on their side.   I paid $125.00 for 20 minutes for a small leak with A ok Plumbing for which I didn't request repair and it cost me nothing for Mullen Plumbing to diagnose the correct problem.

I fully recommend Mullen Plumbing over A-ok

I called to get an estimate for a camera inspection for possible water leak under the house. They asked for my info and I never got a call back.

I would rate -0- if possible. A-OK replaced our sewer line from house to city main in March, 2018, with root-proof pvc and one-yr warranty. In September, 2018 the sewer started backing up into the house again, and plumbers ran snake down line, then said I forgot about the clean-out. They started digging around the clean-out and discovered roots in it which resulted in a deep pit and mudpile. At the same time we discovered our hot water tank was leaking, so asked for a cost on it. Since it was almost weekend, we agreed to the installation. They stopped working on the sewer and took off to get the hot water heater. During installation, they broke the garage floor drain cover but said the owner was getting one for us, also did not install the drain line from tank to floor. They went back to the sewer line, dumped some root killer in the line and said they would leave the pit for possible backups until they could get back and finish. (It was Tulsa State Fair weekend and they were anxious to leave.) We never saw or heard from them again. We have been calling their number, 918 810-0397, but it goes to voice mail and no one calls us back. We now have a raw sewage pit in the backyard and incomplete hot water heater installation, and A-OK Plumbing has our money for two jobs. Don't even think about using this company if you want a completed job with a good warranty. What do we do now?
