I needed to change my evaporative cooling system to air conditioning. This company made the process very easy. Rob and Rick helped us make a good decision about what kind of unit to buy for our home. They kept us informed many times by email about the progress of our installation. The day of install the technicians were on time, friendly and very professional. They sent Ruben, Alan, Josue and Jeremy. They were able to use a crane to remove our evaporative cooler unit and place the new unit. They also removed the old furnace from inside our home and repaired the area where the furnace made a gaping hole. Within one day I had a beautiful Bosch unit installed and running so efficiently my husband and I now argue over how cold he is keeping the house. The unit runs quietly and we cannot even hear it when it turns off and on.  I cannot stress how pleased we are about the service this company has provided for us.

Actually answered the phone when I called. Gave a prompt estimate and time frame. Price was a bit high compared to others, but for the response time (on a weekend, on the very next day). Owner called, Aaron when he said he would and showed up on time. Job was done quickly, courteously and appears (to a layman) to be superior quality work than what the builder's installed.
