I appreciated the quick response. The workers were knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job!!

After calling several 24 hour plumbing companies to repair an emergency valve failure on a Sunday afternoon and being informed no one was available we called T&J Rooter Service and they showed up and professionally fixed the problem, even locating parts for our older plumbing system and repairing the toilet we set out to fix that caused the problem. Darrel did a great job and we appreciate their prompt service and a great job.

Communication was great, for a day or so. Then they ghosted us on an emergency job at a business for 2 days and we never heard from them again. Beware.

Same day fix and reasonable price.  They were very clear about options on a drippy faucet.  Hopefully won't need them again, but if I do I will use them again!

I've hired Rooter Right many times over the years for various plumbing jobs. I had toilets  re-sealed and replaced, shower drains repaired, disposals fixed, and faucets installed. They always do great work. The service techs are friendly and know their stuff, and rates are very agreeable. These guys are pros.

Moved to Oregon, Ohio from CA and needed to have our gas line tapped into to use our gas dryer.  We were able to get ASAP to come out to give us a quote, which they did... but they never came back to complete the job.  Even after several calls and just as many no shows in 2 weeks, we are still without a dryer.

I have used Rooter Man several times and was always pleased, until now. One of the workers showed up to unclog a kitchen drain, had issues and left. They were to return the next day. I got a call early that said they would be there around noon. No show, no call. I called around 4:30 and told them to wait until the next day. Again, no show. I called a few times and they would not answer the phone. They did call me  around 6:15 and said they would be there in 15 minutes. I told them I was done with them and not to come. They left me hanging for 2 full days, probably on a job that paid more ? Anyway I can no longer recommend them to anyone. This is now way to do business, especially with a return customer.
