Franklin Sanitation is the best. They know what they are doing and provide timely service. We have used them three times on three different properties.... success each time. They are good and their employees are great to deal with.

We woke up to frozen pipes this morning. To be completely honest we called several companies and T & J were the first to say we are on our way. Scott was great to work with and gave us lots of great information to try to help us avoid this situation in the future. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are great. I highly recommend. First off, I'm a guy that prefers to do things on his own. I grew up that way, I was raised that way and have no problem figuring things out. Until, I couldn't. We all know you can't trust people to do what they say they're going to do and on top of that do it with integrity.

I got Ron,  like the name says, I got Lucky. I didn't get no attitude or BS from what I could tell. He came in, snaked my main sewer line and brought me the bad news of my pipe collapsing. Financially I was and am in a bad spot given the current job market in my field so it was hard to navigate. Ron was very professional and really walked me through everything. I could see if I didn't fix the problem it was going to be a bigger one. I have 3 little kids so have my hands full. I got no time to deal with sewage considering the hazards.  

On top of this I also got another guy that helped him, I don't recall his name but both of these guys got to work and got it done fast. I wanted to mention him because he has my sincere thanks for getting the job done too. Mind you, its the week before Thanksgiving. They didn't finish in the time they said ONLY because they ran into some obstacles as they dug up the concrete from the previous owner repairs. And they wanted to do the job right. Again, no BS because they brought me down and showed me exactly what they needed to do. Its logical and they could easily cover it up with concrete and make it my problem to deal with later. And I think thats what a lot of guys would do unfortunately.

Take it from this review. Don't give these guys a hard time, ask questions, do your research and be respectful and I really believe they'll give you whats fair and some because its about integrity. Bill is a man of his word, he quoted me a price and there weren't any hidden charges. He was out to take care of the problem in a fair amount of time and knew exactly what the problem was. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else out to work on my plumbing. Great job! And a Good guy!

What a joke of a business!! I would rate 0 stars, if I could!Talked to them on a Saturday and said he would be out Tuesday to service our hot water heater (that was not working). Never heard from them on Tuesday. Didn't even have the decency to answer the phone when I called 3 different times on Tuesday. Not sure how you are still in business, but you certainly shouldn't be with running a business like that.  

Call Perrysburg Plumbing, much better service and customer service.

This company ruined my kitchen floor because the plumber they sent to my home did a hack job and did not check his work before leaving. He left us with multiple leaks which caused water damage. Instead of making it right, the owners refused responsibility, lied to us, and accused us of trying to get a new kitchen on their dime. All we asked was for the damaged section of our floor (which was brand new) to be fixed.

Our experience with this company is that they have a culture of being rude, messy, and extremely unprofessional. To make the entire situation worse, associates of the owner, Eric Salmon, have left false negative reviews of my husband's company in retaliation for our negative reviews. Not only is this behavior immature and unprofessional, it's illegal. I would caution against doing business with any company that thinks behaving like that is okay.

If you use this company, which I strongly advise against, check to make sure every single person that enters your home is in fact licensed. The license number on the paperwork is very misleading as it is not the license number of the person performing the work. Also, be sure to get an itemized breakdown of the parts and labor before paying because they would not send us one when we requested one. Lastly, document everything, every phone call, every conversation, all work done, photos, videos, etc, for your own protection. If you've had issues like us, do your part to hold this business accountable, and file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office.

I have used Rooter Man several times and was always pleased, until now. One of the workers showed up to unclog a kitchen drain, had issues and left. They were to return the next day. I got a call early that said they would be there around noon. No show, no call. I called around 4:30 and told them to wait until the next day. Again, no show. I called a few times and they would not answer the phone. They did call me  around 6:15 and said they would be there in 15 minutes. I told them I was done with them and not to come. They left me hanging for 2 full days, probably on a job that paid more ? Anyway I can no longer recommend them to anyone. This is now way to do business, especially with a return customer.
