Owner will say despite his best efforts no remedy was made. That is because he offered me no remedy.

I live across the state line in Michigan. When I called to set up an appointment I made sure they knew this. I was assured they service this area. Technician arrived on time, we talked about my backed up floor drain and he gave me a price of $900-something to hydro clean the drains. When I hesitated, he dropped it to 675 or so. I reluctantly agreed & he said he had to get gas for his truck then go back and get a different truck because he didn't have the right equipment to do this job. Said would take about half hr. An hour and a half later I called, then had to wait for a manager to call me back. When he did, I was told the tech would be there in an hour, that a truck was down and that he would drop another $40 off the price. 15 mins later I got a call from the receptionist stating you have to call Mr Rooter of Michigan. We don't go out that way. I said, what are you talking about, you were already here?? She said yes, but we're not coming back. What a horrible way to do business. I wasted many hours of my day waiting for these jerks.
