Best Bathtub in Toledo OH

I highly recommend Sanch Homes Services. I contracted with the company to do deck repairs. They were responsive to my request for a quote and  did excellent work at an extremely fair price. I plan to use the company again in the coming year for additional home improvement projects.

I had an issue with a leaky valve to my outside spigot. Austin Home Service was very timely in their response and offered several time frames for the repair. The service was provided and cost less than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

We discovered a corroded water tank pipe last night (thankfully the leak seemed to have just started) and they were able to get someone out here today to fix it. Price was REALLY reasonable! Would totally  hire again! Thank you!

What Naz Did for Us:
Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor.

How Naz Conducts Business:
He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did!

Naz's Work:
Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

Steve was great! He was friendly and professional. We called him on Saturday and he was able to come out to us that day!
We had some water leaking from the ceiling and he figured out where it was originating from. He started his work and and was done very quickly, when comparing to other plumbers we have used.
Steve did a quick education moment about how you don't plunge a high pressure toilet, thanks for the explanation!
He also helped with another visit for installing new toilets and shower heads! Reasonably priced and again quick!

I have needed Jay's expertise in the past. I thought of him when my garbage disposal gave out completely. He could here the distress in my voice as I share it was leaking, though he was occupied he returned my call and with in hours my old was swapped out with a new. He worked with me on the charges by allowing me two payments. His trust is what made our transaction not just possible but a friendship for many years of his professionalism in his trade will cause me to call on him first  as his rates are worth his value & guarantee! Had some minor flooding when power went out/sump pump not working. Was able to schedule a appointment very fast, both Thomas and Mason are very knowledgeable and professional. Work was finished the next weekend for a fair price: new sump pump, water powered backup, pit cleaning, and new piping.
Will be consulting with Water Pros before any other plumbing project that come up. Thanks

Great place for your plumbing and heating needs. Very knowledgeable. Great inventory of discontinued parts. If they don't carry it they will tell you where to find it or chances are it is no longer available.

Plumber came out the same day and fixed my gas leak. I have absolutely no complaints. I'd definitely use them again.

John is a pretty nice guy. He's professional, friendly, and patient. He helped me figure out the wiring for a smart thermostat set-up. This is a quick job, but he is still detail and perfection oriented. He wouldn't leave until everything is working properly. I enjoyed the service very much! Highly recommend.

They came out two weeks ago to look at the work we wanted to have done.  The estimate was supposed to be emailed to us (we gave them the email address that day).  They called several days later asking for the email address again which we gave them.  We still did not receive the estimate.  We called several days later and left a message stating that we had nor received the estimate and left the email again.  We have not heard back from them yet.  We will look for another plumber.

1. Know that appointment times will be put off if higher paying job presents itself
2. No call and no showed a number of times
3. Left a job in worse shape than when it started because.... Didn't measure all of the parts .... Kinda handyman, contractor, etc 101
4. Did an estimate that job would be completed for a price- failed to measure then claimed it was too difficult. Well 1rst why'd you say you could do it and second was it really that it could not be done or that you botched measurements and didn't want to put more time/money into a job that was botched by the business.
5. Don't walk run to someone else basically refused to fix the situation
Had wild stories as excuses on why things weren't done on time .... Not worth the time. Very personable but it's a con!

This company was dispatched by a home warranty company first American home warranty after a 79$ service fee was payed up front. After 3 days and no call from mancini plumbing my wife called. My wife set up a appointment for a day were she would have to leave work early to accommodate the plumbers schedule.

The day before the service date I received a phone call but no message was left and they never answer the phone.

Service day comes and no one shows. Several calls were made and messages were left. No return calls from the plumber which ultimately led to me doing my own plumbing after work at 4am. (Drains were now so backed up the house smelled like ) after I was able to get the drains cleared I canceled the plumber after 6 days of no communication. .. if I had waited most likely there would have had damage to my property.Critical:

Called Fri, Nov 5, requesting a plumber ASAP, as an outside pipe for the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and was flooding our side yard. Was told on the phone that someone would be there later that day (or early the following day) to fix the valve. Address and phone number were confirmed, but no one showed up or called that day. Texted the following morning to remind them of the address and the need to get someone here at their earliest convenience. No response to the text and no one showed up that day either. (We paid extra for a different plumber to come out on a Sunday to repair the valve.) Disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this business and would not recommend.
